Took the payment out and told me the…

Took the payment out and told me the ticket will be issued within 4 days. After 2 days they emailed me saying that the due to change in price they can’t issue me the ticket now. Now I have to wait for refund to buy another ticket and by that time the ticket will be more expensive.

geunine and bit cheap

i booked the ticket on budget air and it is geniune website and i got my e ticket within 24 hours and proce was also bit less than other websites like goibibo, makemytrip, yatra, cleartrip etc

Very poor service

Very poor service. They have issued eticket with spelling error, but didn't provide any assistance to correct the name. This is a scam as they asked to cancel the ticket with zero refund. Couldn't reach customer service and no other way to connect them.

Refund my money asap

I had a very disappointing experience with BudgetAir regarding a flight refund.

My IndiGo flight was cancelled due to airspace restrictions, and the airline (IndiGo) confirmed that the full refund has already been processed to BudgetAir (the booking agent).

However, despite this:

* I have not received my refund
* BudgetAir’s customer support is extremely poor
* Their chat service barely works
* There is no clear communication or timeline

What makes this worse is that I had booked another ticket (same situation, different agent), and that refund was processed promptly without any issues. This clearly shows the delay is not from the airline side.

At this point, it feels like BudgetAir is intentionally holding onto customer funds without justification. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and trust.

I strongly urge BudgetAir to:

* Release my refund immediately
* Provide a clear explanation for the delay

Until then, I would advise others to avoid using this platform, especially for international bookings where accountability matters.

Too long ticket delivery

Too long ticket delivery
A time delay of 96 hours after payment,to send the ticket is absurd,and this delay is not acceptable at all,whereas others are sending the ticket within few seconds.I still haven't got my ticket and have to apply for visa.
