Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude and bad service!

We ordered inframe jalousies for a large window looking at our garden. One of them came loose in the first year. They came to fix it but just put a stronger tape instead of solving the crookedness. At one point he asked me to help him to carry the jalousies to a flat floor to check. And we dropped it while putting it up, and they asked me to pay for the part. You do thousands of Euro business but they can still ask you to pay 50 euros just because you help him carry them. When I didn't accept to pay their attitude was literally rude.
