Excellent all round service

Michaela & Caitlin at Burd Ward worked very hard for us in what turned out to be a very protracted purchase with numerous barriers coming from our sellers & their solicitors. They kept me fully informed along the way with all paperwork dispatched & actioned quickly. Didn’t think the purchase would beat the Stamp duty changes but it did. All in all very good experience with Burd Ward, who were recommended to me by my Estate Agents Harper & Wooods

We used this solicitors when buying our house and I simply cannot fault the service, they are not local to us so all communications were via email, phone calls and mail, communication was prompt and efficient, all our queries were answered in a timely manner and all work was carried out in a satisfactory time scale. Yes I was very happy with the around service would yous again

I had to get a charge removed in order for my mortgage to proceed and they were able to get the charge removes within 24 hours! They also have certified many documents for me and are very quick, easy, completely hassle free and efficient! Also goes a long way that the staff are friendly and not miserable... Just a little thing, but as i said... Goes a long way!
