Matthew was fabulous. I'd lost access to my UK bank account due to a mix up over a password and things were further complicated by my living overseas. Matthew liaised with my dad in the UK and organised the things so that I could regain access to my funds.

Burd Ward Solicitors have been a great service and support for myself during a tough period of losing my mother. They have not only dealt with handling and distributing my mothers estate quickly (although only slowed down by the Probate registry) but they also handled all interactions sympathetically. Communication and responses have always been quick. And rates charged are reasonable, if not on the side of below the average rate charged. They are a great local firm who I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and professional probate service. So much so I have entrusted them with also handling the sale of the estate.

We were recommended Burd Ward by other FTB and we were so happy with the process. Michaela and Caitlin explained the steps in detail and were so patient throughout with our lack of knowledge around the whole buying process. They also worked to tight deadlines and went above and beyond to ensure that we were in our home in time for Christmas which we couldn't be more grateful about.
