Having placed only two orders with Burning Shed, with the second of those there were some minor problems with the quality of the pressing that, nonetheless, had an audibly detrimental impact when playing the record.
Having contacted them, I hardly expected them to simply take my word on the matter, as a relatively new customer, but a replacement copy of the record was sent to me without any requirement to return the original copy to them to validate the complaint and despite my offer to do so.
With more of the profits going directly to the people producing the music, other companies could well take another leaf out of Burning Shed's book with exemplary customer service of this nature and which plainly merits plaudits so, "well done Burning Shed" from a very satisfied customer who will definitely be ordering from you again.

Having been a fan of the Wild Swans and everything Paul Simpson I preorded recently the release of the "lost" album by a 90s band called Care entitled "Love Crowns and Crucifies" (Paul and Ian Broudie of the Lightening Seeds for those uninitiated)!
It arrived yesterday being the 11th of March beautifully packed with no issue to the main cover or to the two records,
However the two printed card inner sleeves both had seam splits which regarding their location within the record probably were damaged at the point of packing.

Wanting to own a mint copy I contacted the company at 13.47 on 11th and 20 hours later (yes, 20 hours!!) two new inner sleeves arrived in same quality of packaging.

An amazing and rapid turnaround fully justifying a hundred percent Trust pilot score for their attention to detail, trustworthiness and system for dealing with customer queries.

Thank you so much. I will of course continue to buy from this company as and when releases "tempt me"!!

Being into the sort of music I am into, I consider myself very lucky that Burning Shed exists. This is the second time I have ordered and the experience was as flawless as the first time. Lightning fast shipping and delivery, brilliantly packaged. I will buy from them whenever I can and support independent online retail.

Finally got hold of an album that was weirdly hard to find. I appreciate that VAT was included at checkout, so I didn't have to deal with the import to the EU myself. The package was shipped quickly (although Royal Mail took their sweet time handling it) and it arrived in good condition. Thanks!

I have used Burning Shed quite a few times over the past few years and have never been let down with, price, packaging and things getting sent quickly using Royal Mail tracked. I even won their raffle draw once and was blown away by the generous prize selection.

Burning shed packed my vinyl order extremely well. I have never received an lp so well packed. The thing that blew me away was the inclusion of anti-static inner sleeves. That was a great touch.

Fantastic customer service from Burning Shed, placed an order in the run up to Christmas and was unaware they had several days closure over the period. Even while the business was closed, their customer support staff were extremely swift in responding to queries, very helpful and friendly. Order has been shipped and received as of today, extremely quick turn around. All around fantastic experience shopping with Burning Shed!

I've been a happy customer of Burning Shed for years but last week was the first time I had to report that a CD/Blu Ray box set got damaged in transit. It was the fault of the delivery service not Burning Shed but they instantly and without quibble mailed me a new copy which arrived 48 hours after the fault was reported. All my emails were answered within the hour, not days or weeks And I didn't have to return anything to them either. A very happy customer retained! I wish all online retailers were like this.

After waiting 27 days for another seller to ship, I cancelled and ordered from Burning Shed. They shipped within one day and 7 days later I received the item securely packaged and in perfect condition. You have a customer for life!
