Burning Shed are open about their cookie policy and that is good, but I would urge users to read it. They take a lot of personal information, see below (cut and paste from their website)

So Although HMV was a couple of quid more expensive I decided to go with them.

This was my 3rd order from Burning Shed. I just received my order of four Special Edition Jethro Tull albums - I have to say Burning Shed is both the Kings and Queens of customer service, and their shipping packaging is simply second to none.

I cannot tell you how exciting it was to open each box - their attention to detail truly makes a difference in the entire buying experience.

Burning Shed is making it possible for me to rebuild my entire Jethro Tull album collection that I lost over 30 years ago. We all know how much we look forward to reverting our favorite artist album. Well, you can imagine the anticipation with every delivery - and to have each order deliver in a level of packaging like I’ve never seen - you know the contents are in perfect condition.

Great customer service! They promised to send replacement sleeve for my vinyl after few minutes of sendin email.

These guys really are the best, with exemplary customer service. As a frequent vinyl buyer I can rely on them to pack the goods perfectly and be superb in dealing with any LP quality issues, should they arise. The team are friendly and responsive, making dealing with them a delight!

Not many companies that have the level of customer services I received the last two days. The initial order was quickly dispatched and received. The item arrived damaged, but they were awesome in their response to me and I am awaiting replacements which will arrive shortly.

Excellent to deal with sorted a problem I had with what was delivered, quickly efficiently and with the personal touch. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was swift and vinyl album was packed and protected well for transit. Great selection of albums and merchandise will definitely use again.

Great selection. Make sure to get on mailing list to purchase special items. Shipping is from England so it can be a little pricey for U.S. customers. If you can't find it elsewhere look here. Quick delivery, all my orders have come undamaged and they pack very well. This store is run by musical artists. Help to support them.

I have been buying from Burning Shed for a few years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. The weekly newsletter emails are great and the web store is easy to navigate.

Being in the U.S.A. I have to wait a little longer for product and pay more for shipping but it's worth it. My merch always comes packaged well and damage free! Good to know that the money spent here benefits the artists.

I also agree with many of the other reviewers that the customer service at Burning Shed is top notch. Whenever I send an email about an order Chloe always responds (extremely politely I might add) within a day. She always assures me that my order will arrive if it's running a little late and all will be fine. She's the best and impossible to get upset with.

As I’ve said before Burning Shed is one of the most caring music company around. They really do care about their customers needs from mugs to vinyl and everything in between. My own pet hate is inadequate packaging especially for vinyl. Burning Shed use proper strong packaging material at no extra charge. Waiting times are minimal. Finally I have to mention the amazing Customer Service which is manned by humans who actually ‘speak’ to you and go out of their way not only to help but to have a conversation too. In these days of awful Customer Service they are indeed a rare, rare breed. Long may they run…..

Really good service. Have used the online store for many orders. Only once has something been amiss and this was resolved very efficiently by including missing paperwork in my next order. Would not hesitate to recommend. More importantly, the money goes to the artist not bloody spotify.

You may purchase a lot of products (in editions that many times you cannot find elsewhere) at competitive prices. The choice is huge and the service is great, while benefitting the artists directly funds-wise. Try Burning Shed and you will not be disappointed.

Since March 2020 I have had to rely on mail order to purchase CD's both new and older. I purchase, naturally, from a couple of suppliers as certain albums can only be acquired from one source. My preferred online ordering source is, without doubt, Burning Shed. I find Pete and Chloe to be absolutely warm, friendly and efficient and I have never had any problem whatsoever in ordering any of the items (and there have been quite a few items). I can recommend Burning Shed wholeheartedly and I have actually done so many times in various Facebook forums of musical bands. A genuine 5 star rating and I cannot go higher than that. Chloe is one of the nicest people I have had the honor to help sort things out online. I mentioned my broken ankle and she really asked me if I was okay and went above and beyond. Her whole character as a person I noticed she was a very positive, polite and had a. Amazing soul and heart. She made my day wishing me well and my recovery! Not many people have those characteristics anymore yet I have my entire life. I hope that you all are blessed to have here, I'm sure she lights up the entire business with her aura. Not only did she make my day but she helped me with positivity and and warm wishes from inside. I think she deserves a raise and I not only haven't met face to face but she has a amazing, caring soul. I rate her 1 being the lowest, 10 highest, she went beyond. I give her a 10000% of the chart in everyway! I made a friend not just a great honest email tech. She's always been nice. For what it's worth, I'd like to send a card as a surprise. Burning Shed were able to ship a vinyl I ordered from the UK to Australia, in these Covid times, quite quickly with it arriving within two weeks. Despite their best efforts, the vinyl did arrive damaged from shipping (no fault of Burning Shed). Upon letting them know, their customer support replied to my concerns straight away and shipped another copy, this time in much more substantial packaging. I could tell that specific care was taken to ensure it would not be damaged a second time. This replacement vinyl also arrived quickly and with no issues to report. Definitely will be purchasing more products from them where possible.

Burning Shed is always my go-to for purchasing and pre-ordering Kscope releases (amongst others!)

Always great prices, always well packaged. Many, many orders have been placed and I've never had a problem with any of them.

My only complaint is their weekly newsletter, and the complaint is from my wallet. The newsletter is always packed with such good stuff, I always end up spending more money! :P

I’ve ordered literally hundreds of items from Burning Shed and have never had any problems. They have been my go to music retailer since the demise of The Freak Emporium many years ago. Highly recommended
