Seller ask me wait 6 weeks to deliver, I was waiting more than 9 weeks and now seller refuse to resend or refund for my order.Seller lying attitude only confirms that you it is not an honest seller and a disgusting person. I was claim it my credit card issue bank. If you want to shop from reliable sellers - avoid this "store".

Great service from Burning shed as usual, thanks for my Jethro Tull boxset

I've been a loyal Burning Shed customer for a number of years and have purchased too many CDs even to recount - especially special edition boxed sets (e.g., Jethro Tull). I never cease to be amazed at the always-stellar customer service and incredible care taken in packing for international transport; even my wife has commented on their close, personalized attention to such details. I'm a university professor and administrator, and have taken full advantage of every opportunity to spread the good word about this truly extraordinary company to my students and colleagues. An excellent artist owned site that offers an assortment of goods and services that’s second to none. Their level of customer service/satisfaction matches their impressive inventory. I’ve been ordering from them for years and never had an issue until my most recent order. Suffice to say they responded quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend Burning Shed!

I have recently placed my first two orders with Burning Shed. Both were shipped extremely quickly, and email communication was excellent.

The second order contained items of varying sizes and weight. The packaging was absolutely immense (the best I've ever seen), and all items reached me in perfect condition because they were so well protected in transit.

I am really impressed with the service I have received from Burning Shed so far and look forward to ordering more XTC and related items in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring company to order music products from.

I have had an amazing experience with Burning Shed as a shopper in the US. I have bought from them over the last 18 years, across many "ages" of digitization, and the consistent theme is they really care about their customers. They always ship promptly, as promised, and if there are any issue with the label they would communicate with customers and offer a solution. When there are issues with couriers, they usually step in and fix it for their customers. I truly have been enjoying every purchase I made with them, and will continue to buy more. After more than one month waiting , my vinyl dont delivered. Seller dont offer solution and refuse yo resend or refund. Looks like my money is lost. Need to to contact credit crad issuer bank for fraudenly deal!

Have been buying CDs and vinyl from Burning Shed for many, many years. Have always received my orders promptly and well packed, especially the vinyl. Have bought every Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson vinyl release and they have all been well packed and arrived undamaged. To Australia!
Any emails I have sent have always been answered personally and the staff there really helpful, even once lined up a meeting for my son to meet one of his musical heroes. Well done girls and guys.

Ordered an Album, after several emails, in which they said a order could take up a couple of months (?), Still nothing received. After another email they send the order again, and when it came to Holland it got €22 of Tax on it. After yet another email they claimed it on Brexit.

Sorry burningshed, really bad service and no orders from me in the future.

Burning Shed is awesome!! If you are looking for an online music store that cares about its customers, this is the place. I recently had a problem in which the website did not register my order, but in a short period of time (literally 1 day) Chloe was able to solve my issue! Amazing customer service! 10/10

Have used Burning Shed many times over the years. Good weekly newsletters, website and social media team. Items are promptly dispatched and always well packaged ensuring they arrive in tip top condition.

I’ve ordered several times from this excellent webshop. They have a fine selection of Vinyl and CD’s on sale, and they seem to have a good relation with the artists and labels they represent, and very often they have exclusive releases on sale. Their customer service is off the scale good. I just got a faulty product replaced after a pleasant contact with a customer service representative.

Burning Shed. Excellent independent music store. Used these guys many times, from CD's, downloads, Tee Shirts, Music books etc. always helpful, just how it should be.. 10/10

Just received my annual birthday gift to myself: A stack of 13 CDs and a coffee mug. Decided to try Burning Shed this year instead of the North American vendors I had used in previous years, and I'm glad I did: everything was packaged beautifully for the trip overseas (took 10 days from the UK to Canada) - not a single cracked jewel case (you hear that, Amazon warehouse 30 minutes away? Not ONE crack). The web site was a breeze to use, and I loved the selection of prog rock, especially the new editions of some favourite titles reissued by Esoteric. Thanks Burning Shed!

I didn’t know this site until recently and therefore, I wanted to give my review on this excellent Music Company. Highly recommendable site if you like progressive/alternative music. Delivery to Denmark was 5 working days quite satisfactory in my opinion.

Never had an issue with this fantastic company. Fair prices, fast delivery and, most importantly, excellent customer service should something go wrong (which in my experience has been very rarely)
