I ordered a Vinyl/CD Box set from Burning Shed, as the previous supplier had let me down on a pre-order that they were unable to provide after more than two weeks. I turned to Burning Shed yesterday and today the item arrived. Unbelievable service in 24 hours, with excellent communication and well packaged item. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend to anyone. Thank You

I didn't receive an order that I was expecting and Chloe went far above and beyond in helping me out. My fault that I didn't get my order because I cheaped out and didn't insure my order. Canada Post is rubbish at the best of times. Chloe was of great help and her communication was outstanding. I have been a regular customer of The Burning Shed and will continue as such. An honest company that supports artists and their customers. It's a rare thing these days. I would recommend Burning Shed to anyone who enjoys quality music and top notch service.

I've ordered albums from Burning Shed for a number of years. The item or items always arrive quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. However, should I need to contact them concerning an issue, which is very rare, I receive a friendly response very quickly and the issue is subsequently resolved. Their customer service is excellent.

Burning Shed are awesome. I had an email advising they had a box set come into stock early hours of Thursday morning. I was one of 5 lucky people to get one and it was delivered just two days later. I had been worried it had been a scam as I don't know where they got my email address from but right now that does not matter. I got my very precious limited edition boxset and I am truly grateful. Thank you Dean and in particular Chloe for coping with all my emails 🥰

Bought many lps and cds from Burning Shed.
One of the lps in a Jethro Tull boxset was faulty. I followed BS instructions and emailed with a picture of flaw. Before I could blink...a replacement copy arrived.
Chloe is the girl who assists and she is excellent at her job. BS's packaging is also the best.

Had a problem with xtc album cover contacted Burning Shed via email replied very quickly asked me to take pics of cover , chole then asked me was record broke? It wasn't so she sent me another cover out at no charge ,fantastic service well done Burning Shed would gladly use you again

I received my parcel in three days, instructions and tracking were clear.
It was the first time I used this website and was a little bit apprehensive, but everything went smoothly.
