As a disabled man with a car on mobility, I find that these guys will bend over backwards to help me, as I'm sure they would with a non disabled person.
Lovely people here and highly recommend them.

We had a very pleasant and satisfying experience purchasing our new car from Busseys of Fakenham. Sophie, who dealt with our purchase, was very professional with a personal touch, which put us at ease from our first meeting, we were kept well informed about the progress of our order, and the hand over was also a very good and professional job, with a full explanation from Sophie of the controls etc on the car, and a follow up call a few days later, to check all is well with the car. Amazing service at Busseys fakenham today 21st May 2025 .I attended the location late afternoon as I had a smell of exhaust gases in my car .the garadge was busy but Chris looked after me he showed me were the waiting area was offered me a drink and then asked a technician to look at my car they then cleaned the engine as it had engine oil all over it , topped up the engine oil and gave me advise to monitor the situation and if it happens again then bring the car back.nothing was to much trouble for the garadge .i would recommend them

Matt was very helpful and explained the whole process thoroughly, answering all our questions.
On the day of collection he went above and beyond setting everything up and explaining the car set up.

I’m very happy with my Ford Fiesta, lovely car sold to me in Fakenham by Matthew 2 years ago. Mathew was very nice, helpful and not “pushy”
It’s just had its 2 years service and I’m confident that all will remain well.

On arrival the staff were pleasant, attentive and engaging with my needs. I was looking for a Ford Puma or something similar to my current car a Nissan Qashqai. The salesman Harry quickly identified a couple of potential cars that fitted my brief. He was thorough and really knowledgeable about them pointing out the good features I wanted. The whole thing was a positive experience from the first day I walked in, to the day I collected and drove off a week later. It was Effortless, no hassel with paperwork and it all went smoothly. The coffee was good too.

I had an issue with my S max (60,000 miles done), transmission error. RAC took it to Busseys fakenham and I was told I needed a new gearbox for £5,000. I asked about a change of oil, was told this wouldn’t help. I took it away but had to pay £120 to be able to.
I changed the oil myself and it was fine. I took it back and it was expected an apology but was told the fault was still there. Even though Paul Chamberlain held a piece of paper from his technician that “no DTCs” were present. I asked him what about that because it’s obvious it shows no issue with the car he said he didn’t know what it meant but the gearbox was absolutely guaranteed to fail. Maybe not today but maybe 300 miles, 3,000 miles but it’s done 20,000 miles and it is absolutely fine.
I was almost ripped off for £5,000 from complete incompetent liars. Absolutely disgraceful staff, complete money grabbing.
As it is I’ve paid £120 for awful advice. Please avoid as they know nothing about their own cars.
Oh and there was apparently an oil leak that had never been found since but the car is perfectly fine…

I was treated with respect and had everything explained to me and my other driver

Booked Service & MOT from my service plan with Fakenham Busseys. As I am disabled the vehicle was picked up FOC from home onward to Fakenham in a courteous timely manner with phone call as to when they would be there and also upon return of my vehicle. Everything checked and done, so happy motoring for the next 12 months. Thank you Busseys of Fakenham

Booked a service and MOT online with Busseys to be dine at their Fakenham branch. The day I wanted was free and booked for me. It was arranged that the car would be collected and returned to my home address. The car was collected on the morning, everything was explained. Service and MOT done, even sent a video of the car showing under the car with relevant information. I received a call from the garage, paid over the phone with no extra costs to the quoted service. The car was returned and had also been washed. All paperwork was passed on and explained to me. Wonderful service. Thanks Busseys.

A very professional friendly service
Thanks to Matthew for his help choosing our car which we are very pleased with his imput gave us confidence we were purchasing the right car for our needs.

I had been looking for this particular car for months, I reserved it online and they agreed to keep it for me for about 3 weeks as I work away. Matthew, the salesman was great, he answered all my questions and kept in touch.
The day came to pick up my car, so I made the 360 mile journey south and Nigel picked me up from the station and took me to Busseys, made to feel very welcome by Matthew and everyone there, small bit of paperwork over a coffee, inspected the car that came with a full fuel tank, 1 years full breakdown cover and a full years warranty, fantastic. I would highly recommend Busseys to everyone.

We purchased a new Ford Puma on 31.10.23 having traded in our two vehicles. Matthew looked after us superbly, he sorted out any issues with efficiency and humour and it was a pleasure to visit the showroom.
No sales pressure, just good old customer service that is sadly lacking in most places but thankfully not at Busseys Fakenham.

Speed of fitting in the car for M O T after having to change date booked for original test

Our Vehicle was picked up on the 6th September for MOT and service. We were told it needed a new spring before it passed its MOT which we authorised.
Since then we have tried to communicate with the garage for updates but they don't return calls or send you a written quote for work needed.
They still have my Vehicle and I don't know when it's coming back.
This is such poor service.
