I purchased a pair of Bluetooth earbuds from this so-called company and when I tried them out there was a problem immediately, I sent an email describing what it was and that I would like a refund and they offered me a 25% refund which I declined and now they don't respond to my emails anymore. I am going to go out of my way to get these people investigated because they are RUTHLESS THIEVES! and I agree that there should be a no star rating.

Don't waste your monies . Avoid at all costs . Faulty goods , you can't get any response when you contact this company , but they soon whip your monies

Terrible company bought a heater which when arrived was faulty and a fire hazard been trying to contact them but very difficult to communicate with absolutely avoid frustrating not helping me

Purchased 2 vacuum cleaners. One barely works and the other is faulty and does not work at all. Have tried multiple times to contact them for a refund. They asked me to provide a video of the faulty item. I did this and have never heard back from them since. What a joke. Disgraceful

Received purchase and did not work … getting money back so problematic and nearly impossible.

I’d rather give a zero rating. Bought a so-called neck massager. It was £50 (supposedly half price haha).
Turns out it doesn’t massage your neck at all it just produces an electric current so is completely unfit for use. I have contacted them for a refund so will see what happens. The same item is now advertised as a Neck Spa Pro.

I googled best ear pods and this company came up 1st for it’s ear phones/pods with iphone’s coming 3rd in the best list.
The advert and webpage all looked geniune. The ear pods arrive in a makeshift box and don’t work as my iphone doesn’t recognise them and synch.
The website returns policy is to return to the Spanish address snd l have to pay for postage. There is an email address which l used on Sunday. Not heard back today. I need to know that if l return l’ll get a full refund??
After reading the reviews now l am trying to remain positive.

Fit go which was reviewed as very good. Obviously a scam. I paid for fast delivery only to be told a week later that it had arrived at the depot in China to be shipped out. The fit go is faulty and very flimsy and shoddy workmanship. They are not answering my e mails at all. KEEP CLEAR!

If I could give zero stars I would. Fell for a blog review of robot hoovers and bought one. It doesn't work. Can't even move across the floor and they will only refund 35% of the cost and want me to keep it. It's rubbish. No return label and you would be posting it to china at your own cost if you returned it. Do not buy from these people.

Do NOT buy from this ‘company’ I bought a pair of ear pods for my husband to take with him into hospital .. they didn’t work from the very beginning . Despite contacting them and assuring me they would replace them they have not kept their word. We have taken the dispute up with our credit card company in the hopes we get a refund. I’m really disappointed that these people have absolutely no scruples and are robbing people of their money. They ought to be very ashamed of themselves and need to be shut down !!!

This is a company that does not honour its refund policy / responds to initial emails with promises that are not fulfilled / then doesn't respond to further emails. Avoid at all costs! I've had to write off the cost of my earbuds that didn't work after the first week.

Bought 2 Orbis heaters on the back of a supposed independent review and they arrived in reused boxes from China. Clearly recycled with no original Orbis paperwork. A scam! Asked for a refund but doubt I will get anywhere.

Totally agree with everyone else - this is a scam company. Bought a Chronos Pro Heater - what came was a generic desk top that doesn't actually blow hot air and is really loud - not as advertised heating a small room quickly and quiet. Having read others advice here I stopped corresponding with them as their offer of refund probably won't come and then if I do send back they say they charge 15% fee anyway and I have to pay shipping costs - so I'll end up out of pocket either way. I paid via Paypal and have raised a dispute - as someone else noted they would they've emailed and said they'd refund me 35% but the dispute is stopping them processing it so can I close the dispute - no way! I'll wait for Paypal to (hopefully) give me my money back. I just wish I'd searched here before purchasing.

I received my vest and they were way to small though I ordered the advertised US size. The first email I sent was ignored. After the 2nd email I was told they would send a replacement and asked what size I wanted. I emailed them back. That was almost 3 months ago. I have sent SEVERAL emails since and have received 1 other response and was told I received my package. They were referring to the original. Not the replacement. Every email I send i give the option of either replacement or giving me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY "

Total con artists, the web-site says refund available if not happy, then they deliver you non-functional junk and refuse to give a refund of more than 30% (and say they don't want the item back, surprise surprive) or offer you the chance to ship it to China and deduct huge fees for the priviledge

There should be an option to give 0 stars! Following my previous post I escalated my dispute with PayPal and got a full refund shortly afterwards. It's the only way to get your money back - if you try and communicate with the sellers the best offer you'll get is a 50% refund. If you return the item they'll deduct 30% in fees and require you to pay postage to China. The scheisters.

Ordered 3x Chronos Pro heaters, received 3x desk top heaters, different name, less wattage, none of the additional features advertised, cheap Chinese rubbish. This company are scamming their customers. Have reported to PayPal.
