A big con. Arrived with packaging badly damaged. The company offered a 50% refund and suggested I give the faulty item as a gift. Unbelievable

Absolutely shoddy service and complicated unnecessary return process. I bought a fitness watch it took weeks to be delivered and when it was it was so unreliable I only used it twice and it stopped working completely. I decided to send it back but the return process is very demanding wanting video proof via email and their authorisation before you could send it back. After sending them several emails I gave up. It is completely obvious that the thing wasn't working as there was no illumination whatsoever in the information panel. I am still waiting for an email informing me that they will authorise it's return some two weeks later. I have now sent the watch back claiming my rights under the the Consumer Rights Act. I can only hope they will comply with the law and give me my money back.

Can't believe how bad this company truly are & wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. The product ORBIS portable heater does not as they state heat up a space in minutes you would need to sit on top of it to gain any warmth. Offered a partial refund & to keep item which I don't want or to return for full refund at my expense plus costs for restocking so they get you either way.
I would tell anyone to avoid them.

This is a total rip-off. The product is not suitable as advertised and only works off your computer which was never mentioned. The product box says it is a desk cooler fan but the picture in the ads does not say the same. It is not worth $20, much less the $100+ price which they claim is half price.

Complete and utter rip off. I recently purchased 2 units and wish I'd seen the reviews before I did! Both units, after only using them 3 times, have burnt out. I've emailed their customer service department but is there a mailing address to return these products?

As I purchased these via PayPal I'm having a full refund. The company never did give me their address.

I bought a Fit 2 Go and it has failed after 10days. the recharging mechanism is rubbish.

I think I’ve been scammed wish I had read the reviews about this company as I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner from them and even paid for a 3 yr warranty as I am a 78 yr pensioner and have trouble with my back. When it came I charged it up and then put it on my carpet to start cleaning, it just sat there not moving and only one of the brushes was going around. I’ve tried emailing and texting this company but have had no joy.

I was so impressed with my earbuds, I would have recommended even though delivery was really slow. Slight problem- they didn't recharge! Tried absolutely every charging option. After I said that I needed my money back as the product was faulty, a replacement product was going to be sent to me. That was 3 weeks ago and although they said that they would chase and escalate the delivery to me, I know I've been scammed.
Note to but-tech, if you do refund me or actually send me a working product, I will re-review your product.
I suspect though that trades description need to contact this company..!

Everything sounds too good to be true and it is!

I wanted to buy a WiFi booster from them. Despite the website appearing to be safe, when I entered my credit card details, there was an error saying that there was a problem with my card (I know there was nothing wrong with my card). A few minutes later I received a text from my bank saying that there was suspicious activity on my card. There had been two attempts to purchase goods within two minutes, one in the UK and the other in the USA. My card is now cancelled and I am waiting for a new one...

Thank goodness for trust pilot and the reviews as I very nearly bought a robot vacuum cleaner. Particularly as I got offers of additional discounts. No one should buy from this company and I have had a very lucky escape. Google should take their company off the search list as it came up first. Also remember if it's an offer too good to be true it's usually a scam. Thank you reviewers

Astro C-3 robotic vacuum Does Not Work. Buy-Tech will not give you a refund. They will not give you an address to return the item. FRAUD!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering 2 Orbit heaters. They were given good reviews on the internet site I had visited. One heater's electrical prongs were so bent as to be unusable and the other's prongs would not fit an American socket. I have read their refund policy and because we had a spell of high temps here had not tried to use them within the 14 day time period (as stated by company). I shall chalk this up to a bad experience.

Appalled when I saw awful reviews. But my fitness tracker arrived after about 12 days (they say 10-20 days I think). Downloaded App to iPad (iPhone 5 too old). Easy bluetooth link and all appears to work fine with set up as on YouTube videos. I may have been lucky 1% but seriously I have no complaints. Not well so currently on 5000 steps per day but hope to increase to 8000.

Never buy anything from this company.
Bought 2 heaters which did not work. Contacted supplier and was offered 25% discount (Why would I accept that as heaters did not work) Contacted Head Office and told that their policy was to only give 40% refund. Reported them to Pay Pal who could only get 40% refund, so I lost £60

First of all Im really confused as to why there are so many bad reviews. But I could not be happier with buy-tech, they replied to every email I sent them, I also got decent tracking for my parcel And it turned up a lot quicker than expected. And the product which was a pair of buddy bud earbuds feel and sound really good quality. 👍

Bought 2 sets of wireless earfones for my kids they both dont work, emailed and was offered 25% and to keep them, when i queried this was offered 35% take it or leave it. Still have the faulty items, wish i had looked here first.
