Astro c3 vacuum is the best thing I ever seen. No suction at all. It goes one direction and when gets to the wall it gets stuck. Doesn’t pick up any dirt on the way just makes a noise. “Mop” function is total joke! Very thin cloth to stick under the vacuum hahah. Don’t buy from them! I’ve emailed and tried to call but no one ever picked up the phone or answered my messages. I’ve opened up case with PayPal I hope they can help..

I brought three Orbis heaters from this company 9th December 2021 when they did arrive,I only opened one.They are not worth the money £151.71. I have sent numerous emails even got Pay Pal involved they closed the complaint in favour of the seller. Please don’t fall for this Scam. A Taylor Northamptonshire.

This company should not be trading !!!! I bought a smartwatch ,(piece of junk )that did not work .NO returns address.shocking customer service. They have offered me 25% discount from £40, ot recieved as of yet!!Which for a faulty item that's gone in the bin is not really on ,but after over 2 months of trying this is probably my only hope. This company buys and sells from China. I recently received a so called heated gillet. It does not work. I informed them of the defective item on the first day. They offered 50% discount. Useless. So far they have not supplied a return address. Do not use this company!!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a heater which came from China. Load of rubbish I could get more heat from a match. Cheap rubbish. I wanted to return it but the cost of doing this was astronomical, you have to pay an admin fee and the cost of postage to China. They promised to give a discount but after a couple of weeks I’m still waiting for the payment. I think I can say goodbye to my wasted money. Be warned!!!!

The Astro C-3 is nothing like what is advertised. Says you can return it within 14 days no questions asked. This is such a horrible product they didn't even want it back. The first time they offered me a 20% discount to keep it. When I said no they offered 80%. I accepted. Still haven't received my refund and they wont respond to me emails any longer.

-I bought a Sweeping Robot that will not go on carpet at all just hard wood or that type of floor. No address to return it.

Like the many other reviews for this website, I was sold a faulty product and ripped off. This is a scam site and uses Google ads to promote dodgy products with fake third-party reviews.

Was not what I was expecting.

Even at sale price it is cheaply made therefore not worth double the price before the sale. I read all the reviews before purchasing and it seemed just what I was after. However on receipt I can't say how disappointed I am. The small mopping cloth that comes with it is about 1½ inches x 4 inches. What good is that? Rubbish is all I can say!
I have emailed the company for a refund and waiting for their reply.

Just received settlement to the NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE REFUND advertised, it took 14 pages of A4 correspondence and consultation with Companies House. Final settlement I received 60% of purchase price and asked to keep the useless, ORBIS HEATER. The customer help desk is I am certain a programmed computer, all questions asked received a word for word repeat answer. This company is very questionable, beware before you purchase read all trust pilot reviews

They kept saying they will replace it with a new one which I do not want. Wanted a full refund and they are trying to do everything in their power not to give me a refund. I ordered 3 heated gilets which do not work and are far too small. No paperwork attached, no response from 4 e mails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is a complete scam. Was on a review sight which had no mention of buy-tech until the purchase was confirmed and the receipt in Chinese came through from buy-tech. As people mentioned before no chance in contacting the firm for a very poor quality plastic heater that you would have trouble drying your hair with let alone warming a room

My experience is much the same as everyone else’s. Fit2Go smart band which is labelled Hyrfine arrived from China via this company in Tenerife, and is dangerous plastic junk which for example records my pulse at 77bpm when due to medication it never goes above 65. No return address, no reply to emails. Have escalated a claim to PayPal and am looking for a means to stop this company from trading??? Have reported to Action Fraud. Please do the same then perhaps something will be done to stop them.

I spent £89 on something probably worth 30 pence. Terrible! at least it made us laugh. It’s like something Del Boy would have tried to sell. No seriously I spent £89 on a robotic hoover that wouldn’t even pass muster as a child’s toy, complete piece of toot!
