Got the pro heater, doesn’t work. Reporting them to trading standards as a lot of people have been scammed. They need to be stopped.

Yet another opportunist halfarsed cheap faulty goods scam NEVER part with a penny until you research a seller , my husband, in his purchasing used my email and I am currently receiving rubbish messages off them with a tempting " offer " to purchase stuff at a discount my husband said he ordered three items but never completed the order when he sent ,they left no contact details, and are trying to get us to complete an order these theiving bast@rds will use any country as a " homebase" ours was Canada if trust pilot is worth its salt it will report Buy-tech for the crap they both sell and terrible non service I can clearly see on these hundreds of reviews many disappointed buyers ,we are both pensioners good job I have my wits about me not today rouges of Internet " bargains" not today,all the best to those who had money taken for buying what they presumed would be what they hoped for and obviously cyberly robbed.

Purchased a mini air-conditioning unit as advertised on a kiwi website. When ordering, it redirected to this false company stealing honest people's money for below rubbish standards. Paid extra to get the unit here in time only to open and find out it wasn't the brand I had specifically ordered,and also the FAKE product was dirty like it had been used,and it was missing parts.
I emailed my concern to the address shown without any response or any attempt to correct the matter.
This company/site is a total fake and a bunch of con artists whose main aim in life is yo steal honest people's money for something that doesn't exist.
I have an investigation going on regarding this,the cyber fraud team I have hired will be hopefully close to locating the source of this fraudulent company within a few days.
Do not purchase from this site,its not going to do you any good.

Terrible company, can't even leave reviews on their website! Advertise 14 day 100% money back guarantee and no hassle returns, didn't do either. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they looked into it and closed the case in my favour so PayPal will refund me. So glad I used PayPal or would have lost my money. Avoid, don't ever be tempted to buy from this company.

I didn’t know about this website how they just take money. I was very stupid when I ordered Orbis Heater and I ordered two, now 92 pound is taking from my account and I asked for cancel my order and ask for a refund but
Nobody respond my emails. It is a very very bad website please don't buy anything from them, I have a very bad experience with them. And there is no contact number just an email which is fake and they don’t respond.

I really regret for having search this website. Just to let you know، I ordered this morning after two hours I asked for cancel my order and refi d me but till now nobody respond my emails.

I wished I had read the review about buy- tech before ordering the Astra C3 - the website gives misinformation about the items ability to clean and the connectivity. The 14 day no questions asked turned out that you can return it to China at your own expense with a restocking fee! I received a reply quite quickly offering first a 25% then a 35% refund but my account has not been credited and no one has been in touch since. Incredibly disappointed!

Can you give a company a zero or lower review. It would be this one. I purchased a smartwatch from them, tried to return the defective part and kept getting the run around, The only positive is that I didn't spend a fortune on the watch, but it is still a very expensive lesson. Do not do business with this company.

Bought a Wi-Fi booster but it turned up with a two prong plug fitting….emailed them.They responded and i gave them the information they required …..and that was it!..i emailed four more times…but nothing…there should be a law against scum bags like this.DO NOT BUY FROM TECH NET

I tried cancelling my order as I no longer required it (Astro C3), within 24hrs of placing the order. I bought 2 x Astro C3 for my sister's birthday, They are refusing to cancel my order and are still sending it.
I've left the matter with my Credit card company to deal with. I detest companies like this.....

Ordered an item in December, received an acknowledgment email from Buy-Tech saying they’d let me know once shipping details were arranged. 3 weeks later, still no confirmation of shipment, so I emailed them. I never received a response. I sent another 2 emails over the course of a week and received no response. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so contacted PayPal & requested to cancel my order. Only after I escalated the matter I received an email from Buy-Tech advising they have cancelled my order & my refund would take 24-48 hours. A week later, I am still waiting on my refund. So I’ve contacted PayPal to advise they are a scam & to lodge a claim for my refund.

Stay away from these scumbags. They are not legit. They will take your money & ghost you.

Ordered Wi-fi repeater pack ( 3 units ) which arrived but no invoice etc. Told by my IT advisor that not suitable so emailed firm to request return details as per their website. After several emails have still not been given a return address. Now found all the negative reviews!
Have raised a dispute via credit card company.

Ordered an Orbis plug in heater from these people, advertised at £55.95, half the regular price. Order confirmation stated an Orbis heater, all seemed in order. Heater arrived (from Hong Kong) and when I unpacked it there was nothing on the box, item or instructions that said Orbis. In fact there was no manufacturer's details at all. Instruction leaflet was minimal, of poor quality and poor English. Item itself did not feel like a product that should cost over £100. Have not even plugged it in to see if it works because of safety concerns. Emailed buy-tech to request instructions for return and a refund four days ago, and have not heard anything. I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, but I hope my experience helps others avoid my mistake.

Wish I had read these reviews sooner. Have also been scammed by them. Paid £57 for a Chronos Heater that gives about as much heat as a match and is nothing as described. Have contacted them for a refund but heard nothing. I will be sharing negative reviews about them on as many social media sites known to man and will be asking friends and family world wide to do the same. Absolute scam.

I think I may have had a lucky escape here. Wish I read earlier posts. Luckily I've been refunded. Paid for ear buds for my iPhone. They were £39.95 (not sure what that is in $ or other currencies). The order was duplicated for some reason. They told me they had cancelled one and were sending the other. Turns out, they cancelled both. Checked my online banking and this is the case. Was going to reorder but having read your reviews have thought better. Like the earlier post said.. if it sounds too good to be true etc etc.

Scam!!! I bought Astro C-3 robotic vaccum from them. The item was not as described. It turns on moves around making noise but does not clean. I tried contacting them 3 times via email they asked me they will give me 50% of my money back or send it via mail at my own expense to China which will cost me more than the vaccum's worth. I asked how it was fair if I was scamed and I only get 50% money back. They are avoiding my enquiries. Please do not buy from these people. I wish I jad seen people's review here before falling for it.

What a rip off. Bought two of these and do do what is says it can do. The only thing blowing hot air is the company selling these and it definitely is not the heaters. Contacted the company 4 times so far and no reply back. A WARNING TO EVERYONE DONT BUY THEM.

I like a lot of people have been caught out by a company called Buy Tech. Absolute rubbish product does not heat a room in 2 hrs alone 2 minutes'
They should not be allowed to get away with it !!!!!
I am at the stage of being offered a 50% discount but just want rid of the item and money back.

I bought a Orbis Heater which took over three weeks to arrive and when it did it had been shipped from China and it didn't work. I thought I was buying from a Swedish company! Totally ripped off, this site is not what you think it is don't part with your hard earned money. I am still struggling to get my money back.

Do Not BUY FROM THIS company!! I bought two robot astroc3 they don’t work on tile they get stuck they don’t suck, and they don’t respond to refund/returns request. They are a scam!!
