Buy Virtual Currency 

I was looking at investing in crptyo currency for a while but didn't know how to do it. In November 2017, I came across Buy Virtual Currency and spoke to their broker Scott.

I told him I was new to this and he talked me through their process. I was hesitant so he invited me into his office. I met with him and felt a lot more re-assured. He told me to buy Ripple and I did have to pay a bit more than the coin price but I expected this. I told Scott that I wanted to buy a portion of Ripple to start with and would purchase more after receiving the first lot. I wanted to err on the side of caution.

I paid the money for the first lot but hadn't set up a wallet. Again Scott took the time to talk me through how to open a wallet. Once I had managed this, the coins were transferred immediately. I then purchased another lot a week or so later.

My Ripple price has gone up quite a lot so I am happy. Yes, there is a fee that you have to pay but I think this is worth it especially as he spent the time talking me through the process. In addition, it is a lot safer doing it with a well known and reputable company. If you want a service then you have to be prepared to pay for it.

My only slight gripe is that I do sometimes struggle to get hold of them but Scott has informed me today that he has set up a group which will provide updates. He has sent me the link so I will join which will make communication easier.

I would 100% recommend their service especially if you are a novice like me. Whenever I have got hold of Scott, he has always taken the time to speak to me and provide advice. This to me, is more than worth the fee they charge because there is no personalised service available.

Tried to charge me 95% more than the actual market price. Ignored several emails where I was trying to get an explanation on what clearly seemed an error. Eventually spoke to an arrogant trader who said that was the price and told me to take my business elsewhere. Avoid!

I had a good experience with Will and top tips from Scott too. Best way to make an initial investment into crypto with cash. Was in regular contact with both by email and telephone . It’s a new business and therefore staffing issues were understandably an issue . I’ve made plenty of money thanks to these guys

Amazing customer care and diligence to my order - I was aware that the coins I receive can be different from coins stated on my invoice as the market is very volatile. With that said the market moved in my favour and received more coins than was quoted - Thank you BVC, I'm coming back for more next month...

Run with your money, these so called brokers or fakers whoever they are have sticky fingers, and very crafty. Their 5 star reviews are outright fake don't believe all, they might do two are three transactions to cover themselves but the majority of their activities are outright fraud. This situation is such as a legitimate company using a second company to carry out fraud and used the legitimate company as a front to cover when all does not go as plan. You will regret it, enough said.

Wanted to buy some litecoin, got a quote on their site of 251.00 pounds each. I didn't have a very accurate idea of what the price should have been but seemed a bit high, I was also a bit suspicious because they didn't quote a sell price. Checked on coinmarketcap.com, the price there was $249.50. I was stunned. They were effectively charging a commission of around 35% on the deal when 3% would have been excessive.

I was looking to invest into bitcoin for over 3months and I stumbled across BVC which was a game changer.

Had a great experience with Aziz, Scott and Will about the whole crypto market. I ended up having a diverse portfolio with their expertise and just on ripple I have made a small fortune.

I do not understand the negative reviews below because my time with them so far has been upper echelon.

I'm pretty much going to expound on Terry's review of the 12th December when I say what a great, seamless experience. and this coming from a complete novice. From my own experience and as I've come to understand more about not only cryptos in general but about the process of acquiring them (in my case Ripple - and a large amount at that), I have to say many of the negative comments are unsubstantiated and/or ill-informed. Once you receive your initial - pro forma Invoice, and until your Ripple are actually in your account, the market will inevitably move up or down and your final amounts may not be exactly as the, again PROFORMA invoice stated. Another complaint it seems is the 'cost' of buying them. Firstly, InvestooGroup's 3% commission is lower than most other Brokers, and all exchanges have buy in costs too.
AS for my experiences with Scott Ryder and Will his associate, I can't say enough good things. They were and always have been available to answer emails or accept calls, and Scott spent a lot of his time in the beginning explaining things in layman's terms. Indeed his helpfulness, professionalism and again the seamless experience I experienced in buying Ripple has prompted me to recommend others who are already investing in Investoo thru Scott Ryder and Will.

Just saw all the comments below, i can say this none of those issues in my case.
Been speaking to TJ for about a week before i decided to place my order.
He told me everything upfront how much commission on top i am going to pay, how long it will take for the crypto's to transfer and everything that i wanted to know. as i am not from U.K he did mention that they can only give me quote when the funds are clear in their account which is fair enough.
overall top service from TJ and BVC, will do more business

I was thinking of opening an account with this Mob, but after reading a substantive amount of reviews on Trust Pilot I have decided against it for the following reasons:-

I wholly believe that if you use their service you will effectively be trading against them, It is my opinion that they are buying crypto's and re-selling them Plus some spread and spurious transaction fee's.

Ask yourself: Why do they not have a fully transparent brokerage site site that you can use to trade a site that quotes the price/ bid/ask etc

If your orders are not filled /part filled for me this is a Red Flag IMHO this means that they will fill at a loss, so why would they fill a losing order ?

If they where proper Brokers, the order would fill immediately regardless of price,

They state that they are Regulated..... by who exactly ?

I have searched the FCA website with the following names Investoo Limited / Investoo Group / DAS Ventures limited / BVC and Buy Virtual Currency Now with NO results.

DAS Ventures was set up in 25.11.2016 then the name was changed
to Investoo LImited on 13.01.2017 Investoo Limited seems to be a Trading Style of BVN/buyvirtualcurrencydotcodotuk.

The aforementioned is barely a year old.

The forthcoming Crypto Boom is in its infancy and as such there will always be (as with any boom) people trying to make money from it in any which way they can and the people trying to run this caper are barely out of nappies let alone experienced traders.

They are Not Brokers. I would class them at best as Used Car Sales People/lawyers/politicians.

Do not use, simple as that. I tried to purchase some coins on two occasions both times they fell through and both coins have now went up 4x plus. It took nearly a month to get my money back after endless amounts of phone calls and emails with no response till I threatened legal action. Shambles of a company.

I wanted to purchase £25,000 worth of ripple when it was trading at $0.50 - BVC managed to clear this within 24 hours. Yes, i was charged a 10% margin (was buying the coins at around $0.60) but there's literally no other service where you can buy a large amount on the same day...Ripple's over $1 now so I'm satisfied.

BVC have delivered to me approx 15000 ripple less than they quoted on the invoice. I’m filing a law suit against them and getting the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) involved. Have been trying to buy coins for about a month with Coinbase and at the end lost out on the bitcoin bull run. Bought coins worth £40k and got everything wrapped up within 2 days. Quite pleased with it and went back to purchase some more. Cen has been very helpful and helped me set up a safe wallet too

This company is an absolute joke. They should be heavily regulated by the financial conduct authority for the types of frauds that they do to their clients. I have tried since Monday to buy in the region of £15,000 worth of cryptocurrency and have been promised that the deal will get done however they keep coming up with excuses. One of the agents Will Bray told me that one of the ladies in charge of sending the invoices is on a well deserved holiday and that there is a huge back log. People beware all they do is sell a bitcoin and buy the currency you require at a 35% markup. Then if the market moves before they send you the crypto currency they also keep that profit to themselves and do not pass it on. We passed their details on the the financial conduct authority and HMRC as even though this market is not regulated they are defrauding people.

This company has lost be around £2,000 on a trade we agreed on Friday and never sent me the invoice. I spoke to TJ, Scott and Will and all of them were making silly excuses. TJ said that on Friday we had a Christmas part and left the office before 3:00pm which is not my problem. They all seem to think it is all a big joke. I have repoted this to trading standard and have also informed people on Facebook to stay away from these fraudsters.

Very easy to pay and order my coins purchase was place at once just be patient as some Crypto’s are slow to confirm transactions outside the control of BVC will be placing next order soon

I recently bought some crypto-currency from this website and have already been back 3 times for more due to the huge spike in the market. Definitely my broker of choice for cryptos in the future. I dealt with Scott and then his assistant, Will, helped me set up my wallet. Thanks again! I also spoke to TJ and Aziz on the phone and they were super polite, helpful and took a message if Scott or Will weren't available to talk. I'm guessing all the brokers are helpful so you won't have any issues when dealing with this company.

Also, I receive a lot of emails which include very useful and helpful information to keep me updated with what's going on in the crypto market. They ask if you wish to receive email updates - which I accepted - as they are very knowledgeable people who specialise in the crypto market.

I'd recommend starting with around £5,000+ as they are able to offer a smaller fee as they get charged a fee from buying from the exchange - which is understandable and a huge help. At the end of the day, I was happy to pay one small fee on £10,000 rather than multiple big fees on £1,500 here and there.

Very bad company have been dealing with them for a few transactions and they do not offer the price they quote on the phone, as they say, they are busy and the price is only valid for 3 hours.

Update: Finally, I received everything I was promised. The communication was terrible. For a week I absolutely had no idea where my money was, the only explanation I got was "there was a problem with the exchange yesterday".

I received about half of my coins, and they keep telling me that they can't send the rest at the moment without any mention of when they will be able to transfer it. They also told me I'm not really worth their time, because they have much bigger investors. I'm planning to wait a few more days for my coins before I file a dispute with my bank. There are much better places to buy cryptos out there. I recommend to avoid BVC.
