Buy Virtual Currency 

My first review of Shane was excellent and very quick in sending me my order, but my last order was not so smooth.

After a couple of days of placing the order and still no crypto, I emailed him, then a couple more days later another email and phone call with no response. It got to day 10 and I called my bank to start the process of the retrieval of my money.

I informed Shane what was happening then on that day I got my order.

This was the 1st time out of my 3 orders that this had happened, so saying that I will continue to use Shane for know unless this happens again.

Shane if you cant respond to people's emails then please out a auto email reply to let people know what is happening.

Another bad review I am affraid. My order of £100 of Ether never arrived. Initially there was no contact via email/Web and phone. Yesterday I got a reply text saying Shane had been hacked etc etc sorry for delays and that that my Ether would be sent out today (17/07/2017)

It is now the 18th and you guess it, Still no ether and no replies after trying to make contact again.

How much luck can one guy have. Read back over the reviews (wish i had before buying). There always seems to be a disaster why he cannot come good on a deal.

I would avoid this company/Shane like the plague. Not reliable, Not a man of his word.

Seems to be trading coin with our money until it suits him to pay out if at all.

My issues have now been addressed by Shane. thankyou and apology accepted.

However I have to admit, I wouldn't use again. I will stick to Bittylicious and Bitbargain from now on.

Got all my MAID, took a while and only was given 88 originally when i'd meant to have 110.

After a previous review where i said shane hadn't made contact I am now happy to redo my review. Shane came and met me to do my transaction in front of me. Lovely guy, honest and would definitely recommend.

It is Sunday the 18th June. 11 days ago on Wednesday 7th June I paid for virtual currency that I still have not received. I have sent nine unanswered emails and left many answerphone messages. Despite an apologetic email sent to everyone three days ago, I still have not received my coins. Under Contract Law, we have an agreement which was undertaken on the 7th June. There are two options, either provide the coins or return my money in full.

Shane is honest and trustworthy. My order was slightly delayed due to unforseen circumstances, After receiving an update explaining the situation the order was fulfilled.
I will be using BVC again.

My timing was off. I placed an order with BVC just at the time where, unbeknown to me, Shane was suffering some personal misfortune. On the website he had been open about the fact that he was running a very small operation, and that there could be delays. I trusted that and, sure enough, when he was back the transaction was completed with no problems. I'm pleased to hear that Shane has now employed someone to back him up, and I hope his business will grow from this point. I will certainly use BVC again with no hesitation.

Shane suffered some personal issues in life which meant he did not respond or take orders however he has compensated for that and gave my orders within 15 mins which is great. A trusted seller. will be buying more soon

When I first dealt with Shane I received a very good service and went on to place a second order. However, I recently placed my third and unfortunately have yet to receive it after about two days. I would like to think that there is a genuine explanation for this issue his buyers are experiencing, however it is only right that people have fair warning of the situation before sending their payment.

Ordered 36 hours ago, nothing so far, no crypto no contact, can only think maybe Shane has been in an accident or something similar, wouldn't like to think a trusted seller has decided to start scamming people

27th June 2017 - Issue resolved
After I'd proven to Shane that I hadn't received the currency (Etherscan screenshot), he gave me a full refund within the hour, for which I have raised my rating to 2 stars. I realise Shane has had problems but from my point of view this has not been a good experience. I'll buy direct from Kraken in future.

26th June 2017 - SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH SHANE AND BVC!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT UNTIL THE CURRENT PROBLEMS WITH SHANE\BVC HAVE BEEN RESOLVED, YOU BUY VIRTUAL CURRENCY ELSEWHERE!

A week later and I still have not received the refund I requested. Two weeks since Shane originally took my money. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! It takes no time to check the validity of my request and transfer the funds to my account. Ten minutes or less. No excuses. I'm now left thinking that Shane\BVC are either in financial difficulty or are trying to pull a fast one. Both are VERY GOOD REASONS NOT TO TRUST SHANE\BVC.

19th June 2017 - VERY CONCERNED! I have still NOT RECEIVED ANY CURRENCY OR REFUND from Shane.

It's been 5 working days since I transferred money. If it is true that Shane has suffered ill-health and personal circumstances and is struggling to clear the backlog, why hasn't BVC suspended trading temporarily? Why is there nothing on the website? Why is BVC still receiving orders?

This is beginning to feel very suspicious.

I have decided to purchase via another broker so I now require a full refund. I have emailed Shane and left voicemails to this effect but still nothing. Will update in due course.

13th June 2017 - Ordered Ether 24 hours ago, bank transfer has gone through but still no coins and no reply to my emails.

I've bought twice now from Shane and both times he was very helpful and the speed of service was very fast. Could not fault it. The transfer of the coins was done in a couple of hours

Shaky start due to unforeseen circumstances but came through in the end great site to get you started
