Avoid - these guys are naughty. Take ages to process your order and then don't honour the order price. Unless the price has gone down. Seriously poor practice.

Received Crypto advise and purchased through this company and their broker Will. Very pleasant and professional guy, who's down to earth and an excellent communicator; (i.e. replies at 9pm at night within 10-15 mins of an email!) which i really like. I also feel i'm getting an honest synopsis of the market and solid advice.

As they grow ever popular, it's evident that there back of house needs improvement and speed up the admin; i.e. from cradle to execution. I don't like waiting for a deal to be executed too long in such a volatile market... if they can improve this, then they will be one of the best brokers i've encountered.

Ive dealt with shane three times. First two times he was very responsive and coins came through very quickly. However my third time dealing with him was not good at all. I have paid him and not revieved my coins and it has been 3 months now. Ive tried contacting him through his website, through email, through phone and have had no luck. Very disappointed. Bought Ethereum and only got half of it. The man doesn't reply anymore and the bank can't help me further lost 750£. I don't know what to do anymore he's even worst then those Nigerian princes scammers.

Service provided by Shane recently is abysmal, very poor service trying to contact him is a waste of time both by EMAIL/PHONE. He keeps making up excuses as he goes along ie Family problems/ Email hacking. His claims on his website ie contact him is fiction , Cannot see why he cannot use his phone if his system is being hacked, this is just allegedly a lame excuse to cover his failing business model.

Never buy for from this guy!!! I bought Ripples from him on the 25th of july. I sent him a mail on the 26th. He said that they were so busy lately. But he'll do the transfer within 90 min. A day later still no Ripples. So I've sent him another mail. Which he gave me a lame excuse that he already did the transaction and he sent me the transaction link (see mail)> I mean I'm still new in the Crypto world and I've could understand why the transaction failed (destination Tag). He mentioned then that the coins left his account and that it was held by my account provider. I sent them an email they replied they never took the coins and during that time he sent me over 100 ripples. When it came clear that the coins never left his account, I sent him another mail which he didn't reply on.

Shane, why did you only sent me half the amount, is that how you do bussiness?

Like I said never buy his overpriced coins, waste of time, money and energy...

They replied me that they refunded you the 265XR because their system automatically failed the transaction because it didn't receive the destination tag (see mail below).

It's been a couple of days of now and I just received a partial deposit of XRP.I contacted Kraken like you advised and they replied that they never took the amount from your wallet (see mail below).
I'm starting to get fed up with this. I bought XRP for other persons/trades and they were deposited instantly (that's what ripple is about).
Please send me the remaining amount of 124.26793XRP or I'll be forced to block this transaction from my Natwest Bank and send you the XRP back that u sent me.
Hope that this won't get this far.

This has been my first transaction buying virtual currency and so far I have been left very disappointed by this company.

I bought virtual currency from Shane on 27th July and received an email stating that I would receive my coins by 8.00 am on the 28th.

I have checked my wallet address and can confirm everything is correct.

I have sent Shane a number of emails now and tried to contact him by phone and still no response and my balance remains at zero.

Shane please send the coins that I have paid for and respond to my emails within the next couple of days.

Update.... Coins eventually received 31/07/2017. Communication could have been better.
