This isn’t something I would normally put out there for the world to see however I believe its warranted, so this company doesn’t do to anyone else what It’s done to me. If there was a minus rating I could give I would. Not only did they give my things to another removal company called City removalist, without notifying me, City removals sold the truck that held my items. Neither company is taking responsibility, nor can they tell me if my things were sold with the truck, removed from the truck and sold or just thrown away. Mind you my things were picked up on the 15th July, and the truck was sold on the 27th July. I was notified on the 1st of Oct at 4.15pm WA time only because I started asking in sept as to when my things would leave Sydney. In that time Buzz me was telling me my things were “safe in their Sydney warehouse” which I’ve now found out didn’t exist, hence why my things were given to City Removals.
I totally understand border closures and lock down due to covid, but both these removal companies have taken no duty of care and I have lost everything I own, all my personal documents, furniture some of which are family heirlooms, photos, kitchen items, clothes, and shoes. I took 2 bags with me trusting and believing Buzz Me removals to do the right thing. The behaviour of this company is disgusting, and I’m appalled to think that organisations think they can get away with treating people like this. I’ve had to take time off work due to stress and spent a number of hours on the phone and more money spent trying to organise birth certificates, Uni document, etc and some financial reimbursement to start over. Buzz me have not returned any calls or letters of demand.

Awful company
There leads are with fake or duplicates but they still charge for them
There form doesn’t work but have told them they haven’t changed it they over charge there invoices are always wrong but never to the benefit of us surprise surprise
When we voiced our concerns we were actually told to like it or lump it
DO NOT USE THIS COMPARISON SITE THEY ARE AT THE TOP OF BAD

Buzzmove made an appointment with me for a video survey very quickly after I had made contact with them. The video was completed with a couple of glitches, and I needed to recontact them twice. I received one quote following the survey which was overpriced [£1000 for a 2 bed flat and a 2 mile move]. I called buzzmove the day after the survey to request more quotes, but received nothing via email or otherwise. The whole experience felt like a waste of time, time I did not have as I was packing to move house!!!

I found a great and affordable moving company.

I ordered for driver and one man but only the driver came and came very late.However,the driver was very helpful.

Overall a good experience with moving. The prices were reasonable and any extra charges like additional items and helping take up the stairs were fair. Didn't give them 5 stars as I was shouted at when the driver arrived for my pick up as there was a misunderstanding but we were able to resolve it eventually. Could have been avoided if the driver had just asked me if I knew that extra items incurred a charge and that I would have to pay upfront before they load the van. Wasted too long at early hours in the morning letting me know he wasn't happy instead of just ringing up the bill and asking me to pay.

Really nice service, enjoyed the fact that everyone gets in touch with you, theres no need to look for information yourself.

Booking was easy.
Drivers turned up on time and were quick. Did not let me ride in the truck with them though, which contradicted the booking.

Driver said he’d come at 10am. He called at 8.45am to ask if he could come at 1.30pm “because he was tired from another job”. As I didn’t have a backup van as he was saying this on the day of my move, I agreed 1.30pm. I called at 1.45pm as I hadn’t heard anything and he said he was still at home and will get dressed now! He changed the time AGAIN to 3pm. He didn’t arrive til coming up to 4pm. I have to babies and was waiting around ready to move house from early morning. Absolutely DISGUSTING service. Wouldn’t want anybody to go through the stress I did that day.

Really friendly and professional service, they couldn’t do enough to help which was really appreciated as I’m too pregnant to move boxes at the moment. Worth every penny!

They were really bad. They were just two people and were not able to hold the goods. We have to help them in transporting. At the end they started asking for the money leaving their work behind.
I had very bad experience with them.
