It was a fast and easy move the men were very helpful and no damages.

Could have better filters such as pet inclusions etc... apart from that can't fault.

I heard nothing back from anyone. Feels like a waste of time to me.

I didn't receive one quotation or phone call.

Not a professional outfit at all.

Thanks for our move! The guys in London were very helpful and took control of packing, lifting everything heavy and didn't bat an eyelid when our things weren't packed as well as they could have been.

George was amazing and so patient - the storage space did not have everything ready for so he waited with us for an hour, even with his kids in the van! He then helped us to move everything in and was lovely about it.

I love Buzz Bingo because the staff is really friendly and kind and welcoming.

I hired two men and a van. Got two of my strong friends to help unload and pack the van at the old house, and three other friends to help unload the van at the new house. One of the men, who was also the driver, was helpful, but his friend/ colleague was always on his phone watching videos and calling people. He wasn't really there. The van was smaller than stated as they said they had experienced a problem with their usual van and had borrowed another one, and after dark there was no light inside the van. I found myself in the ridiculous situation of having to peer at the back of the van to see whether they had loaded the drawers correctly into the furniture using a torch. Without my five friends to help load and unload it would not have happened so smoothly or quickly; eventually we did overrun. One of my friends did the bulk of the loading and unloading, including most of the stair climbing. I feel as it was paid per hour there wasn't much motivation to get the job done quickly by the two men, and one of them was really not interested.

The guys arrived on time and they was very polite. They was also very patience as we was still packing, dismounting bed and computer desk.

Great service, found highly reputable movers through buzz move. Recommend using them

Fantastic Forward Thinking Service

Found Buzzmove via Google and thought it was a really clever idea. You show an operator around via a FaceTime style app and they build quotes with appropriate firms. The operator was friendly and polite and the whole process took around 20 minutes at a convenient time. The firm found was fantastic as well.

We probably didn't get the best of the app or the best priced removals firm but that is only due to our move was very last minute but if you've got a better time frame - I would easily recommend their service.
