They were very quick on giving quotes and getting back to me but I managed to find one for a third of the price. I mean, I only needed one sofa moved and the lowest I got was £500. People just don’t have the money for that kind of price. Thank you though.

They were ok,
But I changed my mind halfway through my application form and tried to cancel.
Despite contacting them by email to cancel my application removals kept ringing me the next day.
One of the Removal companies was clearly a cowboy and charged three times the price of others and was clearly not interested. I really don’t know why he rang me.

Bombarded with phone calls for weeks
This service did not give me quotes it just gave me a list of numbers to call, and shared my number with some moving companies. Some of the moving companies were really inconsiderate- one company called me 20 times over the space of a week, many times at 9am waking me up when I work night shifts. I told this company I am reviewing all the quotes and would go from there. I should not have to then individually call each company to tell them I’m not interested. If you don’t hear back from me I’m not interested- and yet I am getting 10 phone calls still every day even though it is a week after the move date I have given. They should just give you a quote and let you call who you want to book with. These companies should not be allowed to call us so much.
