Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Delivery was incredibly quick and painless, the cost was as stated - in Canadian dollars, including tax and shipping. No hidden costs. There was an issue with a part on the rad being crooked, and a replacement was sent to us immediately at no charge. Just fantastic service.

Purchased a 12" wall mount rain shower and 6 jet massage spa with an extension arm for extra rinse. Arrived quickly, very good quality product. Several pieces and not installed, instructions included require some thought. Would recommend this product.

Right fix but costly
Texting to get fix for shower panel was good but time consuming. The part suggested, purchased and delivered did the repair. The negative was the pricey part and costly shipping. A huge cost compared to other companies.

I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the pipe connectors not being included.
Unfortunately as the pipe connectors are accessories and not essential for the item. These are sold separately as they are a customers choice, Not all of our customers require these so we do not want to charge the extra costs for them to be included with the radiator, We like to give our customers a choice. I can assure you that we keep our prices as minimal as possible and also our delivery charges.
If you wish to purchase the pipe connectors you can do so on our website. These are located in the radiator accessory pages.

Warranty on thermostatic cartridge for Shower
Should be clear on the website that the 10 year warranty does not apply to thermostatic valves in the shower system. The warranty is only for 3 years. Hiding this fact, does create a trust problem. It's better to be up front.

The response was excellent.
The response was excellent.
I had one of the flow cartridges that was leaking after being in service for about one year. I called Hudsonreed and they replaced it at no charge within 3 days. I installed the new cartridge and it is holding fine.
The only thing that was missing was detailed instructions on the replacement. (i.e. tools required and step by step instructions since there is a hidden locking screw.)
