January 20, 2018. Have just unpacked the box....shower panel looks great, however, until it is set up and utilized, I cannot rate the performance.
The delivery package was left in front of the garage door, so I cannot express any opinion on the delivery.
Was surprised to learn that the shipment originated from Pa, USA. For some reason, I believed the product was manufactured in Canada.

Company doesn’t stand by warranties
Company doesn’t stand by warranties. Parts shipped were ridiculously poorly packed.
There is no mention of anything less than a 10 yr warranty, and no mention that the serviceable parts (which are the ones that will have an issue) are not covered.
I wish I could attach a picture of how the delicate valve cartridge fell out of the package when I opened the bag (not box).
Disappointed in the company and it’s service.

In regards to the warranty period on our items, I can assure you that we do take our warranties serious and will always work to resolve an issue that a customer may have on an item, however, the item that you did have some issues with was not covered for by the 10 years warranty on your item because the part is a serviceable part that does have a reduced warranty period.
