I haven’t installed the product yet so I am reserving the fifth star until the shower is in and working. So far the service (I had lots of questions before purchasing) has been excellent. The price is good and delivery was fast. Although not installed yet the product appears as advertised, and has that quality feel. It doesn’t feel like a plastic “made in China” piece.

This is the best customer service that I have received from any company in at least 10 years. My very expensive shower panel had damaged packaging upon arrival. There was no apparent damage to the unit but about 3 weeks later when our shower renovation was complete we noticed a slight bend in the frame when we went to install it. I notified Hudson Reed and I was given a choice of immediate delivery of a new unit or a more than acceptable discount if we chose to keep it. During the same phone call I spoke with and was advised by one of their technicians regarding an install question. The entire call took less than 10 minutes.

All was great and towards the beginning of rad installation I discovered one of the largest units was slightly damaged during delivery, I'll post the response as I receive it, other then that the rads are great.

Received my item very quickly!
I paid duty fees write back to company cause the delevery fees were suppose to cover them all.

I send the duty bill and got immediate refund!

Very fast delivery and friendly personnel, BUT
Warranty is poor for such expensive products, no wonder they do not describe it much on their website.
I experienced a valve failure after 3 years (too short a time for a ceramic cartridge valve that is supposed to last for decades/lifetime), warranty was over and I had to pay for a new valve. It sucks.

This isn't the first time I've purchased from Hudson Reed. Service is great and shipping is fast. Would definitely recommend this place.
