My Purchase order # 400017215, Nov19, 2017 ( Kudox Ladder Towel Rail .The rail arrived without radiator valves, it states on the box they are not included. Well the unit is of little use with out the valves.I was unaware of the sale listing noting that the Rails were on sale but no valves were mentioned . Therefore I searched your Towel Warmer section for the sale product I bought without success. On my search I find all the chrome Ladder Towel Racks ask for the proper radiator valve I would require, the sale unit I bought did not mention any valve . Please give a good reason why I should by more of these from you to finish the job. The unit is of no use to me, So why should I add these towel ladders to other units. Not happy the valves should have been included with my unit. I will know better than to deal with Hudson Reed again. Richard Fawcett

Ordered thermostatic valves for home radiators. After a week they emailed me and said that they were not available and would not be restocked. . Received refund no problem, but would have preferred the valves.

It was here on time and works great it did arrive with one small dent on one of the pipes and the only beef i have is the week after my purchase it went on sale for 50 dollars cheaper

The shower kit I ordered is a high quality product that comparably would of cost me much more if sourced locally

Not very helpful in finding replacement parts if you didn't initially purchase through Hudson Reed. I did purchase through an authorized dealer. The products and very poor quality and I'd recommend having spare cartridges on hand. Warranty is only a year which falls well below expectations.

This company makes great products - BUT - their communication options for Canadian clients who have questions or concerns are virtually non-existent. Their physical lack of presence in this market is very obvious. If you have an 800 number it should at minimum be manned during business hours of the country you are in.

They also don't explain that you will receive numerous calls from UPS people asking you as "the importer of record" to authorize customs clearance etc. This is not something that customers should handle when you advertised a "delivered service"

I would still buy from this company again as I have bought their bathroom fixtures in the past and the quality and look of the product is much better than what you can find in any of the big box stores.

Hudson delivered on time, the product was as expected and charges were exactly as stated , no extra fees. We are very impressed with the quality. Packaging was well done and no shipping damage. We feel we got excellent value for the cost of the product. We will be back!

Tub Spout and Shower Connect

Be aware that these components need access to attach from 'behind' the wall. They do not seal from water damage in front of the wall. Not really designed for most North American bathrooms. This is what Hudson Reed told me!!! Additionally no instructions came with these components.
