I would give zero if possible. I placed my order and was told all parts were in stock only receive an email a couple of days later indicating my order had not shipped due to back order parts. I had asked the order to be expedited since time sensitive. My order was shipped via truck and arrived 10 days later. The back order parts arrived a couple of days later but the order was incomplete. I asked for the missing parts to be expedited yet again and after receiving the tracking info the package was again shipped via truck.

I don't not recommend Hudson Reed nor will I purchase their products again.

We purchased our first Hudson Reed shower panel a little bit ago and unfortunately experienced a leak. Upon contacting customer service, we spoke to a gentleman named Suheb who was more than fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, addressed our concerns expeditiously, and facilitated a replacement panel to be shipped overseas to us under warranty within less than 12 hours from me emailing him with this request!! I wish all companies had such high caliber customer service and commitment to quality behind their products. We will be customers for life!! Thank you!

The package that was delivered was ripped and crushed. So far, it appears that the shower column was not damaged, but we will not know until it is installed in December. I would not recommend taking a chance on the packaging or delivery service that Hudson Reed uses. I would not buy from them again.

Very good customer service, they applied a discount on request after the transaction since I forgot to put it in during the online shopping process. The price of products is better than you will find elsewhere for comparable products. The only fault I could find is that there is always at least one item in a package of high quality chromed brass plumbing fixtures and fittings that is made of cheap chromed ABS. The material of these items are disclosed in the listing and if you are paying attention you’ll know what you are getting. It makes no sense to me that you would pay a plumber to permanently install something that will likely break quickly. This is the second purchase from Hudson Reed where this was the case. Thankfully, they were not critical parts (shower arm, shower elbow) that I could source at better quality elsewhere but still a hassle to have to do so after the fact. Overall I would still say the purchase was a good value for money

ordered a product but one slat of the shower seat we ordered was split. Called the company, they were excellent. Only wanted the one slat replaced but they replaced the entire shower seat and sent it to us very quickly. Can't say anything but good about this company.
