I got a great deal with a on sale product which was delivered to my home in four days!!! Not a week like the webpage said. The amount I paid was precisely what I was charged at the checkout, no duties, no delivery charges. The product was very high quality, metal, and extremely durable and just what I had hoped it would be. I am having it installed in the next two weeks, and cant wait to see how beautiful and functional it is in action. What I really liked was its not plastic covered with chrome finish, its the real deal, solid metal and made to last. You cant fake quality. No issues. I purchased two hydronic towel warmers and they were delivered very promptly. Packaging was good and no damages.

Package arrived from UPS last night. When I opened the door the delivery person was driving away. The box was damaged in multiple spots with gaping holes. There is no mounting bracket or hardware. The plastic cowling is wedged open. What a piece of crap you guys sent me. Now I have to figure out how to send it back. What a pain in the ads has been dropped at my doorstep.

I ordered a wall mounted hydronic towel rack on Sunday night and received it by Tuesday before noon (UK to British Columbia, Canada). The shipping was fantastic! The packaging was good and looked robust.
I haven't opened the package yet to inspect the towel rack but I'm sure it will be as good as it looks on their website. I will follow up with more of a review shortly.

communication at time of delivery was lacking, no one contacted me at time of delivery, just dropped off in front hall. If I was present I could have informed them the missing 3rd package. the packaging was falling apart.

the missing package told over 2 days to received.

Also, I realized the valves are different for the two rads, one is the modern one with lever and the other is the traditional look.

Would prefer they both matched
