I haven't received my order. Cander Berlin is not answering my emails
I ordered a clock more than a month ago. I didn't receive it. I've sent more than 10 emails to their email address but received no answer. I also contacted Cander Berlin via their official web site contact page but received no answer.
I'm trying to call them but the number is invalid.

We replied to your message on February 15 at 3:20 p.m., February 16 at 11:28 a.m. and March 14 at 3:39 p.m. If you haven't received the reply, it's best to check the SPAM folder. As already announced, the shipment has already been handed over to DHL. You received the DHL tracking number by email. Delivery to your destination country can take up to 31 business days. We cannot rush this process. For this reason we ask for a little patience.
We have good news for you: Your shipment was delivered on 04/04/2022, 16:58:00 to an authorized recipient.

The clock looks fine and was nicely finished. It also works well.
It is constructed with little mass and therefor it doesn't stay positioned upright by itself, especially on our old wall that is not completely flat.
It felt a bit scary to remove the pin that locked the clockwork, it required quite strong force and the directions for doing this were not totally convincing. So it felt like possibly breaking the clockwork instead of starting it.
