I ordered items after a recommendation of Grommet. Order placed on 12/10/25 and as of 12/26/25 I’ve heard nothing. Not a word. I was charged $81. And there’s no place on their site to check order stratus, right? Buyer beware.

Long delay for delivery, then told that DPD had delivered, they hadn't , and time wasted chasing Carbonklean and DPD for replacement/refund with no response. Awful - avoid

This company is a fraud. You will lose your money and not receive your order.

Ordered cleaners for my glasses they obviously had no stock I received an email 2 weeks later admitting this and asked me to wait. I emailed back and asked for a refund. No reply received. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they have quickly refunded.

This company refund policy is a joke.once you open the product and try it,that makes it non -refundable because it has been opened.this cleaner does not work for bifocals.it literally sucks.please dont buy from this company.I bought 2 and now I'm out my money because they are opened.

I placed an order on August 17, 2025 with CarbonKlean. They immediately charged my credit card and have still not given me any information about shipment. Additionally, their website only lists my order as placed! I have emailed them 3 times with no responses. Their phone number is for a different company. My final email requested a refund and I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
**Update** My third email mentioned that I was filing a dispute. They answered that, after ignoring my two previous emails. They finally listened, canceled my order like I requested, and issued refund to my credit card.

Order placed on 4th August. Not even shipped never mind received. No response from customer services despite several emails being sent.
I have asked for an update and or for my money back but nothing.

Didn't get my order at all took my money quickly,never received anything off them, they do not respond to e mails , really dodgy company

Bought this product on a market. Should keep the windows of my campervan clean for weeks (on the inside), should keep my glasses clean. When we were with three man at the table, someone walked by and was saying he never wanted anything else ever. I think (at this moment) it was the companion.
Never ever use this stuff, it doesn't work. Nothing it claims is true. Stay away from this product.

A Really Dreadful Company - I will never deal with them again!
Ordered 5 Peeps glasses cleaners at a special offer price of buy 3 and get 2 free. Directly after placing the order an email arrived saying that I could have more at a cheaper price. I immediately emailed back saying I would like my existing order at the lower price or they could cancel it. Eventually received an email with a tearful emoji along with a message 'we don’t want this to be the end! If this is goodbye, we’ll understand... but we’ll miss you'. Nothing on cancelling the order - this was totally ignored! Then came another email offer of an even cheaper deal on more Peeps.
I wished I had looked on Trustpilot first - that would have alerted me to the offhanded attitude and woefully below standard communication CarbonKlean appear to have with their customers.
Items arrived but it's just too much hassle to try and return them!!!!

Never received my order for eyeglass cleaner “Peeps”. It’s been two months and after 3 emails and two phone calls no answers have been received. Email link to this product continue to come from cbsdeals.com - they indicate this company is not affiliated with their products. Now I’m concerned about scammers

These worked for the first 10 times or so. After that the smudges are still noticeable. Not sure where they are getting 500 uses from? If you push too lightly you get no results. If you push too firm you get some results but I have now noticed some scratches have appeared on my lenses. Can't win. It's back to microfiber cloths and spray for me!

I canceled my order before it was shipped because they breached GDPR and I did not want to do business with them. They didn't reply and sent the stuff anyway. I then emailed them again to return the product, and they didn't reply to that email either. I'll might have to reach the ombudsman since they don't reply to any email.

Please do not deal with this company. First of all, the product is a piece of worthless crap. Secondly, I bought several of these before I knew that and only received 1 so was cheated out of about 60 dollars. Company never responded to repeated attempts to contact them and have them make it right. I complained to the Better Business Bureau who also never received a response. This is a scam business. It doesn't deserve minus 100 stars.

Problem with order which happens but cannot contact the company by any means,telephone doesn’t exist,emails NEVER answered.

I ordered peeps 2 weeks ago. Like others I wish I'd read the reviews of this company before ordering. I've not recieved a confirmation nor the products. They have not responded to any emails. I paid over £37 for two. I've not been scammed before but guess this may be the 1st time

Absolutely awful ordered three two broken despite numerous emails not one response SCAM DO TO USE

I really wish I'd checked on Trustpilot before wasting my money. Paid for two pairs for a bargain £25 on 12 December. No email confirmation of order, emails to customer services ignored and no product!! From what I've read the product is crap so I'll put this one down to experience and remember to check Trustpilot in fuiture.
Genuine companies would be responding to negative comments. This lot don't care!
