Can’t say enough about how easy the booking process was
I was hesitant at first to use them as had never heard of CarFlexi but after my first experience I will ALWAYS use Carflexi anywhere they are available. My first booking I had to cancel and the process to cancel was easy and I got my refund back in 5days. I rebooked a few weeks later and the price was very reasonable and the rental car company was great. Thank u CarFlexi

Check in to collect Rental Car
Check in. Absolute abysmal service. Arrived at the desk at 2230hrs, attendant had no English. He emailed me a check in form,clearly didn't want to do feck all to be honest. I could not complete online as it required a "Tax Code" when I questioned him he didnt even look at me and I mean zero eye contact, being ignored like that is very unprofessional and in a strange country i would have expected much better, I had to raise my voice and Google translate to him "what am I do now"? He shrugged his shoulders as did the other attendant. Eventually he proceeded to go onto his computer to manually check me in, which I might add he hadn't a clue how to do, I ended up using translate camera and typing in all the details across the counter for him.
After 45min or so we eventually got the car.
The Car. Vehicle was fine, did the job for us 100%.
The Checkout. Met a really nice attendant who greeted us with a handshake and wished us a happy Easter, had good English and had the car signed back in and my security deposit back In my account in minutes.
Can I advise that you check the location on Google maps. Using maps a WAZE we ended up on a dead end. Not sure if other people suffer the same but we had 2 phones going and both brought us to the wrong place. It was merely intuition that we went down other streets and found the depot.
