So the experience from stepping into the CarShop was exellent with a great service. VJ was at my service showing me the car and taking me through everything I needed to know with a great knowledge on the car.. Everything was great start to finish.

I found Lewis king very confident, reliable and extrely professional with in the process.

She's been very kindly and really, really helpful. She spended a lot of time with us till we decided about our new car. We left from Carshop Doncaster very happy.
I would recommend her to all my friends.

After being let down at the last minute Marc got the finance sorted for our Ford Focus making the whole process straight forward from start to finish would highly recommend Marc and car shop swindon for taking the hassle out buying a car highly recommended

I found my whole Car Shop experience to be very easy, pain free and welcoming.

Salesman Alex Chivers took excellent care of the whole process from start to finish, he was not pushy and let me look over the car in my own time, he also answered all my questions honestly and also gave me a very fair price for my part exchange which matched what Parkers stated also. Never had that from a large car retailer before, always undervalued but not this time.

Senior Business Specialist Les Berry also took great care of me during the financial piece and arranging collection of my car.

So a big thank you to Alex and Les, a very enjoyable experience which was completely relaxed also. They are a credit to the company.

Second car through them and cannot fault their communication and smooth process. They never make me feel stupid or a problem and explain all the terms they use clearly. A pleasure to buy with them.

Visited the Doncaster car shop and spoke to Ian Poland, brilliant sales man, put us at ease straight away, very funny and welcoming. He guided us through the whole process of buying the car. We also saw Gary Mcque for the finance, again he guided us through the all the details, very nice man with good humour. From start to finish and driving away took a few hours but definitly recommend the car shop to anyone. Next time i need to change car this is the first place i will come.

What a great experience I have had with car shop Doncaster Rob was a pleasant help he helped me find the right car no pushing and no forcing me to buy a vehicle would defo use again if rob is still about many thanks rob

We recently purchased a small car from Carshop Swindon which on getting home we found that that there was another car in the same place with 10k less miles and cheaper so I tried to call them. I wanted to swap them over believing their promises of price match and return policy and didn't imagine any issues especially it being the same showroom. How wrong I was - I had to make countless calls and was told not to go to the showroom until they had spoken with me which was hard when they didn't return my calls! When I eventually spoke with them I was told that they did not price match their own vehicles and I couldn't swap over vehicles but had to pay them an additional 399 and possibly mileage as well as further admin fees on the cheaper vehicle which means the costs far far outweigh any benefit. (We don't live near the garage so would have some distance to travel to get there but I was happy to do that). I asked for a call from their manager who advised he would call me at HIS convenience. No call received and when I called them I was told they would not waiver or change their view at all and manager was busy and won't change his mind (still not having spoken to me). Disappointed doesn't begin to explain how I feel, especially as we had taken a car for a test drive and found it to be scratched and just by chance spotted another vehicle the same on our way out of the shop, which we then purchased. At no point were we told that there were lots of other cars the same to choose from at lower cost and lower mileage. I really like the car but feel sadly let down by poor customer service. The original salesman we dealt with was truly lovely and we would like to go back again as this we have a car to part exchange but we do not feel comfortable anymore with any guarantees or promises which we feel are not honoured. All of this is in their terms and conditions but they don't tell you just tell you that they have a returns policy within 7 days and a prince match promise which frankly isn't worth anything. We were not given a terms and conditions booklet but looked it up on the website which doesn't say anything about not price matching on their own vehicles. My advice to anyone purchasing is to lookup on their own website before buying to see if they have the same vehicle cheaper. It is the personal service that I am most upset about and they way in which this has been dealt with - the manager is certainly not a customer focused person and as such has lost perspective future custom. i do like my car though which is the most important thing and I will remember the salesman Adam who was lovely.
