First visit to car shop and a very good experience. They sit you down and ask you what car you are interested in then it's off on a test drive, a quick valuation of your car and if you agree the price it's done. James pollard our salesman was very professional and thorough. So the upside is plenty of choice and a reasonable part exchange and very good staff, the only down side is they try and get you to buy all the extras like the warranty and paint protection and service plan, but putting that aside I would definitely use them again

I was swiftly greated by a carshop host in swindon (Marc) immediatly on arrival. Having done prior research, he sat me and my friends down took my detials and showed me a list of cars that i was intrested in. He brought the car inside the building out from the horrible cold.
Going for a test drive was immideate and no extra paper work to fill out. It did take a while locating certian cars so we did a bit more browsing while we waitied (glad most cars were afforadable).
During browsing Luke was of tremendous help literally knew all tough questions we shot at him, i.e who build's the MGs now? He also gave me alternatives to other possible choices of cars depending on my driving expierence, and techcalaties of certian policies. Made me feel comfortable buy a car from here; TOP JOB!
Purchasing of the car was quickly handled by Marc explaing all the paper work I was going to sign section by section.

This is my 2 nd car sale with Car shop Norwich, both experiences have been outstanding. They could not have done enough for me ,particularly the 2 nd visit , after having my car written off in a car crash, I drove away in another car without any trouble . I feel two members of staff went completly beyond theyre job description for me . This is why I will use Car shop over and over again . Cant thank them enough.
