The product I purchased (oak hidden office) is excellent quality and is an extremely versatile piece of furniture where everything can be kept in one place neatly.
I was worried initially when delivery was late due to the delivery company having problems.
However, when expressed my concerns to Casamo , it was chased up and delivered shortly after.

I was able to pick a delivery date, and my furniture was delivered on that day, within the time frame stated.
Delivery drivers were very polite and helpful.
I'm very happy with my furniture and the service I received.

Following a manufacturing query with a product, I contacted Gavin who could not have been more helpful. He kept me updated and resolved the matter promptly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use Casamo again. They are a shining example of what customer service should be and sadly so frequently isn't anymore.
