SCAM avoid

Poor product which wasn't fit for purpose. The site is full of fake reviews. Complete scam. They didn't post my review of the product, only post the positive ones.

AVOID this company at all costs, not legit. Terrible products, don't be fooled.

Poor all round !!

Poor quality, have to press hard to use phone, sharp edge at charging port, fingerprint doesnt work what so ever. Very slow dispatch/delivery. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Dont waste your money !!

Better than The Belkin ones sold at Apple Store.

Arrived fast. Just 6 Days. iPhone 17 Pro max tempered privacy glass screen protectors. Better quality than the Belkin ones sold at Apple Store. Belkin glass edges aren’t rolled/beveled. These are and a 3 pack is half the price of one. Perfect size and fit. Literally edge to edge as described. Easy install/ zero bubbles.

This is a Chinese company Beware its Junk !!

Absolute JUNK, and I never realised that they were Chinese, and the return of course is to China !!
About time that if we are buying from a company they state upfront where the returns go to. As we know the cost to return to China is high.

Don't buy

Poor quality. When I requested return they tried to bargin -ie will reduce by 5 dollars and you can keep. I said no, then was told needed to return to China even though shipped from the Midwest. That cost was more than the product which I am sure is why they required that since most people including myself won't bother to return it

Product not recommended for iPhone 17 Pro Max

Good morning, unfortunately I find myself writing a negative review on the HAROLD product I purchased to store an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The problem is that the internal lining prevents the device from sliding properly when inserted, and an even bigger problem is that once inserted, it gets stuck, making it very difficult to remove. As I mentioned, the internal lining, in my opinion, is not suitable for sliding.
I have a similar product from a competitor that is older, so I decided to buy a new one and I don't have this problem as the internal lining allows for adequate sliding.
I do not recommend this product for the reason described.

CASEBUS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Ordered. Received a tracking number within two days. Tracking after that for almost two weeks showed that the tracking number had been generated, but the shipping service had never actually received the item. So even though there was a tracking number, it didn't ship for two weeks, which was a huge problem because I had a brand new phone that was now unprotected. Casebus refused to cancel the order. Eventually, weeks later, the phone case showed up in the mail. Casebus refused to send a return label so I could return the phone case that I no longer needed (because I had to purchase a different one not knowing if the Casebus order would actually show up). They offered a refund only if I paid return shipping to CHINA. Which was super interesting because when I purchased it and when it finally arrived, the return shipping label showed the USA.

They will burn you. Stay away

I purchased 2 cases on 10/3/25, it is 10/19 and I still don't have my cases. You can tell they are out of the country because their customer service is horrendous. I kept asking for my tracking number and they kept saying it's in transit. Now I go through my credit card company and dispute it and they can say it's in transit, it's in transit. I asked multiple times for a refund before it even shipped and they ignore me. Stay away from this company and there is website with a name similar, looks the same. These scum are scammers. Im so afraid I'm going to drop my new upgrade phone and break it thus why I ordered the cases.

Shipping took forevevr. Cheap plastic

Shipping took forever.
The high tech phone case promised was no more than the $7.99 cheap plastic phone case you can buy from China or at Walmart. EXACTLY the same thing, but they charge $30 for it. I thought I would get better quality for the price but I was sorely mistaken. Don’t waste your money!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered a case for my Samsung Z Flip 5 which eventually arrived after chasing Casebus. Luckily it was easy to fit as the instruction included were for a different phone. Once fitted the case partially obstructed the fingerprint sensor.

I was not impressed with the customer support. I did state in one of my emails that I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Their response was that negative reviews are written by Trustpilot and then try to get companies to pay to have them removed!

I am now trying to arrange a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Update - I emailed Casebus stating the case was not fit for purpose and requested a refund. Their reply was that I could keep the case and offered £5 for the inconvenience. I replied that there was no point in keeping the case which impaired the use of my phone and asked for a refund as the case cost over £40. Their response was to offer £7 compensation and I could choose any other case. I AGAIN asked for a refund and Their latest response was to try to choose another case as a refund would take some considerable time. This time I demanded a refund. Not sure if I'll see any refund any time soon.

Further update - I have had a few more email conversations with Casebus. If I want a refund, I would need to send the case back to China and they would not pay the return postage despite their product being unfit for purpose. The alternative would be to accept a partial refund of £14 and I keep the case which I can't use. From my experience, and reading reviews of Casebus, i doubt if I will receive anything. So rather than wasting £20+ on postage which Casebus will not pay, I have requested the £14 partial refund. I will update this review if I actually receive this money.

Don't waste your money!

I ordered my case in June 2025 for my new Samsung S24 Ultra, based on their promises that their cases are tested to a high military standard & so offer excellent protection. It cost £30, which is not exactly cheap, but having bought my phone outright I thought it would be worth it to keep my phone safe.

Like many others here, I was surprised to find delivery was from China as they gave the impression that they were U.K. based.

I had to wait around 3 weeks for it to arrive, so had to buy another cheap case to protect my phone in the meantime.

About a month ago, my phone was knocked to the floor from the sofa, falling about a foot onto laminate.

The front of the case cracked top & bottom, & spidered out until the cracks were right across!! To be fair, my phone was still safe, but I didn't think it was reasonable to have been charged so much for something that was clearly NOT as advertised.

I contacted customer service for a refund, but was offered a replacement case instead.

I had to pay £7 to cover shipping, which I thought was cheeky, & had to chase them as I still hadn't received it 2 weeks on my from my complaint.
Apparently they were busy due to 'high demand'.

The replacement case finally arrived today, but I'm not holding my breath that it will last for long, especially after reading everyone else's similar experience with Casebus.

Don't do business with this company

Don't do business with this company. They took over 2 weeks to deliver my item telling it has shipped, and a week later it only shows scanned in. I gave them a drop date to receive the case because I needed to go and buy a case for my new phone. I bought a new case, and let them know I would not need there case, and they offered my a $5.00 refund but doesn't want the case back unless I pay to ship it to China. It shipped to me from a US address. Terrible company. No Refunds or money back guarantee. # DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are bad, and getting worse.

What is not clear from their website is…

What is not clear from their website is that they are in China and the delivery takes two to three weeks. When you receive an item that is not as described or faulty (as we did) they offer a discount of £5 then £10 to keep it, then if you decline they insist that you pay the return costs to China for a refund. Ridiculous. Thankfully I used Paypal and after letting them know the item was refunded by Paypal, so it was dropped i the bin as useless. Avoid!

JUNK

JUNK! Ordered a case for my daughter’s iPad. For $40 I got a case that started peeling apart immediately. I reached out for a replacement. Stupidly I paid them another $7 for shipping to again receive that same junk-quality mess. DON’T ORDER HERE. Look elsewhere! Very disappointed!
*update-I got an email stating they would give me a full refund. A month later I got another email saying that the full refund had been processed. That was on 11/20. It is 12/18 and nothing. More reason to stay far, far away!
