I ordered my iphone 17 pro max wallet…

I ordered my iphone 17 pro max wallet cover for my phone on 09/19/2025 and today is 10/07/25. I have yet to receive it and I finally went to the delivery service and was told to contact casebus and have them reorder a new one and have it sent. 19 days!

I emailed casebus almost every day asking where it was and all I would get is a tracking website that hasn't moved since 09/30.

I finally ordered a new case from Amazon yesterday and received it in one day and it was less expensive.
Casebus only responds in the middle of the night/late morning and the number on website is useless.
Dont expect a call, it is not even a functional number.

I have asked for a full refund and was told they would ship another phone case at no cost to me. I don't need another phone case.

I just want a refund and be done with it.

Worst online purchase ever!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASEBUS! Very shady company. I purchased their RILEY
Casebus Breathable Mesh Cooling Case, Plating Electroplate Shockproof, Slim Hard Cover
for $29.00 and screen protectors. The case is nothing like advertised, very cheap plastic. I ordered for iPhone 13 Pro but needed to change my model to iPhone 16e. They would only allow a refund if I paid the shipping to CHINA, which is 5 times the cost of the order! NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY!

Unboxed case return unacceptable

I purchased a beautiful case from Casebut for my new phone. However I ended up sending the phone back and bought a different one. So I contacted their customer service, who only accept emails. I explained that I hadn't even opened the package. However because the case is most likely still pristine and nothing is wrong with it, they will NOT accept a return and will give me five dollars only.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Waited 5 days and had to email these people to even get the tracking moving. Watched the tracking everyday and started getting a little suspicious. Supposed to be delivered to ny. Started in queens and went to Albany. Ok cool it’ll be here 7 days after I purchased it no big deal. So the next day I look and it’s in Massachusetts now I’m baffled because my papal receipt clearly shows any address. Fast forward to this morning it now sits in Colorado and usps is threatening to keep the package because if postage. Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from these incompetent people. Read the reddit forums line I didn’t do. Only reason I didn’t is because Google gives these guys an almost perfect rating even though hundreds on reddit claim it’s an enticing scam!!!!

Awful company

Awful company. Item was badly fitting and difficult to use. When I wanted to return the item I then discovered they were based in China and did the usual thing of 'we'll give you a very small refund so you don't have to pay shipping costs'. I wish I have checked these reviews before I brought. Avoid them!!!!

Horrible delivery service

The product is good, but the delivery service just couldn’t be worse. It just makes no sense. The prices are more than reasonable, at least give consumers the option of paying for a real delivery service like FedEx or UPS instead of having the case they ordered and probably need ASAP languish with a no name delivery service

Shop elsewhere!!

I used my usual shipping address, which is a Post Office Locker, for my order. The package was never delivered because the delivery service that Casebus uses in Australia does not deliver to Post Office Lockers. At one stage, through the tracking number, I could see that my package was at a local delivery facility only 10 minutes drive away. I contacted immediately asking if it could be collected from this facility. There was no response. I urgently needed the case to protect a new phone. Because I couldn't get a satisfactory response from Casebus, I then had no option but to buy a case elsewhere. I've asked Casebus for a full refund, but have been told that according to their refund policy "The customer must ensure that the shipping address is true and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, casebus will refuse to refund".
My shipping address is TRUE and VALID, it's the one I always use. Companies should warn customers if they use carriers who don't deliver to Post Office Lockers. I would never have placed the order with Casebus if this warning was shown on their delivery details form.

Fair company

I ordered a cover for my new s23 ultra
when it arrived it was the wrong cover,
It was for the s23 they che ked and said its what I ordered, which is fair enough but I couldn't find my order to them so they sent me a copy of my order, but I'm sure I ordered the correct one. Anyway I contacted them and they refused a refund and swap to the correct cover, the following day they emailed me and offered a replacement cover for less than ½ price it has still cost a lot, but at least ive got the cover i wanted the previous cover protected my phone great, I then swapped the cover for what I thought was the same cover I'd had for a few years. But no screen protection. Within 6months my phone is knackered cracked & a hole in my screen so new phone new cover so ive got an S23 cover to get rid of...

Do not buy from Casebus.

We ordered an ipad case end of 2024. The case was substandard and I asked to return it for a refund on my own dime. I did this in January and just received the package back due to the address not existing. They then told me to try and sell it to re-coop some money. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The item was shipped from a Toronto location but I had to return to China. Absolutely insane. So now I'm out the cost of the item and the shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash! Spent $40 on a laptop case for my son‘s computer. The website says United States, but it ships from China. When it came in, we put it on it does not fit properly. The bottom will not stay on, and when I reached out to them to let them know that I needed them to send me a return shipping label so that I could send it back and get a refund. They informed me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipping when their product is highly unsatisfactory and the only reason I gave it one star is because I had no option to leave no stars. So now I’m gonna have to eat the 40 bucks for the laptop case and get a different one for my son because he can’t bring his computer home from school until there’s a case for it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered expecting shipment within a few…

Ordered expecting shipment within a few days. The response to the felay was man power and supply chain issues. Did I believe it .... No.

Next they rebated 10% to buy time possibly then said it would ship that day. Credibility dropped quickly when it did not ship/no tracker.

Canceled order and no response.

Avoid the company at all costs.

I immediately received an email after purchasing case from Casebus to confirm order was for correct phone, iPhone 16 Pro. I had made a mistake and emailed back to correct order to iPhone 16. I figure people often make phone mistake, and appreciate their prompt attention to that. The correct phone case arrived 9 days later. I love the case - perfect fit, soft, well-constructed, and is exactly as pictured and described - color, and fold over magnetic c card / money pocket on back. I can carry just one item in my pocket, or in a small purse,
