Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Cant get through on the phones. Wait for an hour and then it hangs up. No order recieved yet and have waited for two weeks. Catch.co.nz have no decency to reply to your messages.
Update: Change the rating to 3 stars as I have received one of my shipments from catch on the 18th of December. Ordered on the 3rd. Everything arrived for the first shipment except one of the items I had ordered was wrong. I'll keep it though cause its more expensive then the other item I had originally ordered and I think my partner will like this more. Just greatful I didn't have anything missing. 15 days all up it took for shipping. Still waiting for my secound shipment, but hopefully that gets to me before I leave christmas eve. Won't be shopping with catch again.
