If i could give this transport company…

If i could give this transport company 0 stars, i would have put 0. They are truly incompetent from the drivers to the “customer service” - i have been waiting for 2 weeks a package and have now just seen that it was sent back to the original sender - they are liars saying that the drivers have been to your house when they have NOT, they are liars and theives when you call customer service and when you express that you are not happy with the service and would like additional help they hang up on you (great way of treating customers!), please don’t be like me or all the other people that put down a review of them, RUN !! I’m appalled by them, i have never seen a running dysfunctional company like theirs

Dishonest and also not very smart

According to their website notes they had three attempts to deliver my order - on December 21st, 23rd and 24th, and each time - "we couldn't find you in the selected address". Really? I especially laughed at their third attempt at 8:17 am. Imagine, the sun rises at 8:30 and they are already looking for me in the dark at 8:17. Shame on you. You could simply call me instead of "wandering around in the dark".

Worst courier

Agree with all the comments below. This is by far the worst courier company. The tracker will say they are on the way, then they never show up. Sending a complaint results in a standard message, there is no way to contact them. Avoid this company!

They never show up for pickups

An Amazon escalation team arranged a defective product pickup using Celeritas. A nightmare. I waited 3 full days because I kept receiving pickup notifications from Celeritas but THEY NEVER SHOW UP. EVEN WORSE, THEY LIE THAT THEY COULD NOT COLLECT THE PACKAGE BECAUSE NO ONE WAS AT THE COLLECTION POINT. Terrible service.

Lousy service

Terrible service with respect to my recent aliexpress package. They sent 3 emails, none of which had the PIN. I followed up again and again. I even contacted ecoscooting and aliexpress. It was all pointless. I finally received a PIN 6 days after I first tried. It was bad because they emailed ME to follow me up to pick up my package and they gave ME a deadline. Because of celeritas and ecoscooting, I have deleted my aliexpress account. It isn't worth the aggravation.

Worst delivery service in Spain

Celeritas are good for returning Amazon items, with many drop off points and simple process for returns. However, they are extraordinarily unreliable for home deliveries. Most delivery companies in Southern Spain are bad, but Celeritas stand out for their awful service. They send out emails advising of pending home delivery then never show up. They say they have attempted a home delivery even though you were home all day and no one came. Even if a home delivery is legitimately missed, it is then impossible to determine where the package is and it is impossible to arrange a redelivery time or collection at a pick up point. There is no way to contact customer service other than through a worthless AI chat bot that offers no help at all. I recommend to avoid Celeritas at all costs. If the retailer you are buying from only uses Celeritas for deliveries it is best to avoid that retailer (Zalando unfortunately only use Celeritas).

Celeritas devuelve mi pedido sin preguntar

I was expecting a package but they didn't come, they lied because they said I wasn't home when I was. I waited on Friday and on Monday. Then I decided to pick up the package, as I asked Zalando on Wednesday where my delivery was, they texted me. I was going to receive it the 9th but they have returned my delivery without asking. It's a mess. Me ha pasado como a la mayoría de la gente, el primer día estaba trabajando, es cierto que no estaba, al día siguiente dicen que no estoy y es mentira(viernes). Después de esperarlos el lunes, lo cambio el lunes a última hora a un punto celeritas y el miércoles le pregunto a Zalando dónde está porque nadie me dice nada, me dicen que el 9 me llega. Y hoy jueves sin preguntar lo devuelve Celeritas motu propio. Muy fuerte. He llamado a Zalando para que sepan que yo sí quería mi pedido y si pueden dármelo y no. Ya está devuelto

Celeritas never delivered my order

Celeritas never delivered my order. They kept pushing it forward every day. They probably lost my package but wouldn't admit it. I will avoid this company at all costs in the future.

Returned parcel but didn't arrive to the right receiver

I 'returned' my purchased to Zalando via Punto Celeritas but it didn't arrive there. When I checked the tracking number it says the purchased was from Amazon which was not true. Zalando customer service is not helpful also in this case since the tracking I have says it's from Amazon. I lost my money though that amount can't make me rich nor poor but they should have done their service right.

The Celeritas customer service emailed me that "it is not registered at Punto Celeritas". How come? Horrible. Horrible.

DO NOT EVER SHIP BY CELERITAS!

I had trouble getting my recent order.
The seller chose Celeritas, which I didn’t know about.
If I knew I would not order, as I had terrible experiences with Celeritas delivery before.

Here’s what happened:

- The first delivery person tried to call me when I was out. They disconnected after I said I’d be home in under 5 minutes. It was rude.

- The next day, I stayed home all day to make sure I got the package. But delivery did not happen, and I got a message saying my address was incomplete. It was found the first time...

- I gave my friend’s address as the recipient for their 3rd attempt. The delivery person rang the apartment doorbell downstairs, but they didn’t go up to her apartment. They said they couldn’t find her (!). I’m sure the address was correct, and they pressed the correct apartment bell.

This experience made me very dissatisfied with the delivery company (again).

Fraudulent

As many other people, I have also been waiting for my parcel day after day, only to be told it would arrive another day. Fraud and unfortunately Zalando has not been very helpful so far.

Horrible service

Horrible service, and terrible customer support. They failed to deliver my package and then marked that I refused it, which of course I haven't. Moreover that, if you have problems with the parcel delivery, there's no way you can reliably contact them, their webpage is broken and doesn't mention contacts.

HORRIBLE

They dont deliver when they suppose to, the packages are already super late, then I change the delivery point because I know I cant be at home the next working day, and despite this the delivery guy is calling me all day that he is trying to deliver my packages and then he is also arrogant and tells me he is gonna anule it and I should solve it myself? Horrible service.

They never showed up

I was home all day, as I work from home, and no one came to deliver my package. The tracking page says they've already started returning it, but no delivery attempt was made.
To make things worse, I see in the order details it is saying,
'Shipment refused - We've been told that you don't want your order anymore. If so, we will proceed to send it to the return center.'
This is completely false—I never spoke to anyone and couldn't have refused the package.

Pray if they're in charge of your parcel

Every time I see that Celeritas will be in charge of delivery of my parcel, I start praying. Not only they don't deliver on time. They don't show up, but they put info on the tracking link that they tried to deliver and you were absent. EVERY. TIME.
Their customer service is non-existing. They have built it in a way you can leave your question and be answered (if they feel like it) by email, but there is no chance for a conversation. "Live chat" is a chat bot saying all the agents are currently busy - are there any agents, ever? Not so sure.
