The football goal that I ordered arrived very quickly but unfortunately one of the sections was damaged. I emailed customer services enclosing photos of the damage and received a response the same day informing me that a replacement section would be sent. It arrived within days and the goal is now perfect.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product and the subsequent customer service. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Charles Bentley again.

I received a totally different item to the one I had ordered and paid for. I immediately gave it back to the delivery driver who said it would be returned to Charles Bentley. I emailed to explain what had happened and to request the correct item. I have not received a reply.

The packaging was damaged when received.

The furniture back was damaged, and the bench was dusty.

It looks as though the item had been in storage a long time.

So far so good but disappointing it’s not a soft closing lid at this price bracket.

As with our previous broom ( labelled National Trust) again an excellent product , my only gripe is that the handle ( in two sections) for some reason keeps coming loose.
