As a family we have made various purchases from CharlesTed over the years. The service has been second to none, prices are fantastic, the products themselves are of fantastic quality and will go into any style of home. I have never experienced anything negative. People are always quick to jump on and moan on these forums but not quick to say when a service is phenomenal.

Excellent products and service. I’ve ordered a number of items from Charles Ted and the quality and service has been brilliant every time. The Sarah Console is stunning and looks beautiful in our dining room. The lamps and floor lamps arrived in perfect condition, just as described and depicted. Items arrive well protected and delivery was only delayed once and the company were fantastic in their communications and so friendly and helpful. Hugely recommend.

I’ve ordered from CharlesTed many times and have always had a great experience. The products they curate are so beautiful and the quality is always impeccable. One time there was a delay on a product and I got a notification from them via email and they answered my query quickly so I can truly say I have never had any issues with the shipping. Looking for a new lamp, I wanted something a bit different… Charles Ted did not disappoint… I was spoilt for choice and settled on the Alban Stone based lamp and a linen shade. It was very reasonably priced and looks fantastic on my console table. Both items were also super well packaged so despite being fragile arrived in perfect condition. I’ve since recommended CT to a number of friends as the quality of their products and price point are fantastic and great value for money,

CharlesTed is a business I have shopped with for a number of years. I am not exaggerating when I say every room in my home you walk in to is dripping with CT products!!

There are a number of reasons I have been a repeat customer with CT, to name a few, their aesthetic makes me look like I have taste, the quality of their product is exceptional and their customer service is second to none.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Kate at one of the CT warehouse sales (which are fantastic btw whether you are shopping in person or at one of the online sales) and I can honestly say Kate is one of the kindest, most genuine business owners I have met and this is reflected in her team too.

Kate and her team have gone out of their way for me on numerous occasions, once where I was looking for something they didn’t stock on their website (a floor lamp). CT went out of their way to send me photographs of products they could source for me and this was at no additional charge.

I will continue to be a repeat customer of CT and appreciate that they are a small business trying to stay afloat in difficult economic times.

I’ve bought from CharlesTed lots of times and loved everything. Beautiful and quality items that look stunning - most of my house is styled using their products. I once had a set of mugs arrive later than other items and one had a tiny chip on it - emailed them the pic and a replacement was with me in a matter of a day or two following an email from Summer. Great company and wonderful products. Would always recommend.

I bought a beautiful art stand and I love it - and actually use it as a tv stand. Loved the customer service - so personalised and feels lovely to buy from a caring business.

CharlesTed is an amazing online home/interior shop. I ordered a beautiful vase and stems during one of their 20% off sales. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my order to arrive but I’m so thrilled!!!
