I ordered Skype dual phones from Chatandvision. They are prompt in sending the product. They also follow up to make sure you got your order -a fact that is not common amongst most vendors.
I love their service and attitude.

I was told it was priority and still awaiting delivery

Ordered a RTX DUALphone 4088 on Sept. 25th. It actually arrived 3 days later. The base doesn't boot, I can't connect the phone to the base. Wrote to support and got a standard "reset and wait" mail that wasn't helpful. Searched online for my problem and it turned out that there are a lot of customers with the same issue. Why don't they test the phones before they ship? Asked for a new phone. Filled out the form "my device is faulty and I want my money back" It is October 17 and I am still waiting to have my phone picked up.

All I wanted to buy was a Skype gift card for $10. They asked me to provide a proof of address in the form of a utility bill. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING! I just want a $10 gift card. Do I really have time to scan my utility bill and send it to you?! There need to be balance and common sense. By the way, the gift cards were 20% off. Obnoxious communication.

First of all, I just want to buy a Skype e-gift card online for my brother's birthday gift. And they took forever to process it and then asked me to provide a proof of address in the form of a utility bill. COME ON! I just want a $10 gift card. Do I really have time to scan my utility bill and send it to you?! Other than that, the customer service is very slow. I sent several request to cancel my orders. NO ONE RESPONSE!

AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
My advice is don't shop here. Find a better one.

I ordered an ipad mini in may 2013. It was never delivered though payment was made.
In contacting the company they promised to refund, but now it is almost five month later and I am still emailing..... In the correspondence following every answer is the same: 'My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured we will help rectify the matter for you. I have already alerted the Relevant Department so that they can immediately investigate the matter internally as well.

Nobody seems to be responsible at chatandvision or capable of solving problems

The buying experience with Chatandvision was excellent. My product that I ordered came early and the product is working flawlessly...

I'm sure I'll order again from them.

I was surprised to be upgraded which enabled my delivery to arrive very fast.
It would be good if this could be a standard by default.

Hi, more than 2 weeks ago I ordered a Nexus 4 for 320 euros from this company and they havent even shipped it yet. It currently has been "progressing and will ship soon" for over a week now. Their site claims to deliver in 7-14 days and often faster, while it currently has been beyond that point and they havent even given me an apology message that it will take longer than usual. Besides that, after looking at a few other reviews, it seems that they havent even had this smartphone in stock for the last 4 weeks, while their site still claims to have enough in stock. If you dont have the telephone anymore, atleast update your site so you wont have people expect a product that wont come.

Update: Another week has passed and still nothing. No message from chatandvision and no update on when it will be sent. Very unsatisfied with how this company does their business.

Another update: Today I finally received my first message from chatandvision since ordering my phone on 30-08-2013. I was really excited that after almost five weeks I would finally get a message on when my phone would be delivered. Sadly I have to say my hopes were crushed and this company made a total fool of themselves, because the message that I got asked me to review the Nexus 4 that I bought! Sadly its hard to review a product that hasnt even been delivered yet after almost a month..
I strongely advise against ordering from this company since they make alot of promises about their great customer service and delivery times, while I currently havent had a single message of apology and am currently doubting I will receive my phone any time soon.

The product was incredibly easy to install and works as advertized. The problem is the shipping company chosen by ChatandVision: DHL. I wasn't there when they delivered my package and I had to drive all the way to the airport! Why not use UPS?

Ordered my nexus 4 in august, the order has been "progressing" for three weeks now. Contacted customer service a week ago, did not get a reply yet.

The delivery service has not delivered, stating they were here but no one home on 3 occasions. No notice of delivery left and during one attempt in the evening we were home with two vehicles in the driveway, I would not use DHL ever They could use your customer service process for their delivery business.

I found this product fit for purpose and very easy to use just plug in and play, absolutely no adjustments to be made. I would recommend this product to anyone through this company. Brilliantly protected in a plastic box very secure and very difficult to get into.

Both, the Dualphone 4088 and the Additional Handset are not working properly. There is an indicator light on the handset which should flash blue after missing a phone call. On both of the handsets is this very important feature not working!

Delivery time was less than what was promised, product was delivered in an immense condition, also a free 60 min Skype credit as a gift. overall i am very satisfied with the service, and i wont hesitate to use this site again.
