Very nice car (rolls Royce stealth) and the chaeuffur Hamza was kind and calm, and even gave the kids a spin around when just parked up right before.

Wow is all I can say I was worried because not living in the same area. But they assured me & not to panic. I would 💯 use this company again. Even the driver was lovely to the children & friendly told them to put what ever music 🎶 & to what ever volume they wanted it on.

Just used Chauffeur Ride for my daughters prom, honestly cannot recommend this company enough!! Amazing service!!! We had to cancel our original date as the prom was moved due to covid restrictions, the admin department was brilliant and changed our dates with no problems at all, the driver on the day was so nice and very professional. I will definitely use again.

Had the most wonderful day in London made all the more special by the superb services of this company. Our driver was extremely attentive and arrived at our locations (and there were many!) on the dot. So happy to have found this company. I would highly recommend.

I wish I had read the 1* reviews before booking!

These guys are charlatans. PLEASE do yourself a favour and save your money. I didn’t read the 1* star reviews and assumed the 5* reviews were enough to outweigh the negative ones. How wrong was I? It all seemed to start well, car booked, deposit paid. No problems. The day before my booking I contacted the company and asked to shift the booking forward by 30 mins as the spa hotel we were travelling to, had to make changes to my itinerary due to covid. The company replied and sent a new What’s app confirmation confirming the change of time.

You can therefore imagine my horror when the time arrived the next day and the car didn’t show. I tried calling the company number and there was no reply. I called the number I was given for the “driver” to be told that he wasn’t the driver and the driver had changed. What reputable company changes your driver and doesn’t communicate that? This “driver” said he was going to call someone and call me back. He of course didn’t and I had to call him back. He said he’d call the booking team. I asked him to get them to call me directly. The next person that called me was the “new driver”. He claimed he had called me several times but as I didn’t answer he assumed I cancelled and he didn’t come. Considering I had confirmed the reservation just over 12 hours before, I thought this excuse was feeble. He said he would arrange a refund. I had had one missed call from a number I didn’t recognise and when I called it back 20 mins later no one answered. I asked the “new driver” to send me screen shots of these calls he had made. He said no problem (and has since ignored my messages). And not seen the evidence of these calls. He also said someone would call me (no one has).

Whilst this was playing out, the company number replied to my messages about the driver being late and said they would extend the booking.

They have since left a voice note, which is a very cowardly thing to do saying the driver was late due to the GPS and I cancelled the journey so I wouldn’t get a refund. What chauffeur cannot navigate a GPS? Clearly one in the wrong line of work. What a joke of an excuse.

I was horrified by this and called them back again. This time they answered and called me by my name to say my car was outside. I was confused and said they had cancelled my car. The man then said it was the wrong person and that he would have to call me back in 10 minutes as he was in the middle of a wedding. This was an hour and a half ago.

I tried to give these cowboys the benefit of the doubt and didn’t want to start positing reviews and reporting them as a fraudulent company, but they disreputable and exploiting people.

There appear to be one of three things that have occurred here today. 1) they didn’t have the car available at that time. But disingenuously took my money anyway. A lot of these companies share access to a pool of cars with other companies and cannot guarantee a booking 2) they took my booking knowing they were double booked 3) they took my 2 hour booking and got a booking for a wedding which would make them more money.

Rather than doing the decent and honest thing of cancelling my booking and returning my money, they’ve decided to suggest I cancelled the booking. But they cannot provide any evidence to say I cancelled. No calls, no emails, no texts. NOTHING.

If you don’t mind being messed around, then these clowns might be for you. If you want a serious chauffeur company that will turn up and not make child like excuses, please please please use someone else. There are much better reputable companies out there. I have come to the conclusion that these 5* reviews are bought or are from family and friends. Caveat Emptor.

I used chaffuer ride for a wedding and it was the most pleasant service I have had. The cars were very clean and beautiful. Inside of the cars were very clean. The drivers were very nice and friendly. Would recommend for anyone else looking to use chaffuer service
