I really cannot fault the company or the service which was outstanding!! The driver arrived early and was very professional and accommodating to the needs of how the day was to unfold. Chauffeur was very punctual (came half an hour before the contracted time), was very polite and very friendly. Used this service for my wedding and I was extremely happy with both the car and the service provided. Will be recommending this service to others 100%!

Will definitely be booking again, the driver was impeccable and friendly. Despite a Litte bit of traffic he made sure everyone got there on time and everyone was super happy. New comfortable and clean car I really can’t fault the service - I booked for 6 hours and the guy really didn’t put a foot wrong - amazing company, would definitely recommend. We hired the Ghost as the wedding car which was very well presented, clean throughout and up-to-date interior with all modern amenities.

Car arrived on time. The driver was reliable with good route knowledge of London and was available throughout the whole booking.

Overall, excellent Chauffeur service would highly recommend the service that the company provided.

Our expectations were met, but there's room for improvement to add more quality, overall well done we managed to get to the places we wanted on time even if they was slightly delay on pick up because of traffic.

Could of cleaned the car abit more in the inside n out but overall wasn’t too shabby.

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever actually left a negative review in my life but the organiser at this company is awful.
The worst thing is another company got back to me with a better quote after I had already paid the deposit here and they actually said ‘yeah good luck with them’. I thought they were joking and actually thought they were a bit rude to make that comment but I ignored it and thought they are just upset I booked with someone else instead. Oh how I was so wrong. I wish I booked with them instead in the first place (amazing reviews and cheaper price).
We had agreed a price beforehand with Chaffuer Ltd, the email confirmation/receipt was sent to me but it was incorrect (quoted the wrong price) so I had to ask for this to be amended.
Unfortunately our first wedding date was cancelled due to covid so I I had to reschedule to a later date. I mentioned the new date and time 3 times, the organiser sent me a summary of the change on WhatsApp and agreed he was available. He got the date right but not the time which I hadn’t noticed. He asked me to confirm my email address so he could send the email confirmation/receipt. I never received anything. This isn’t an excuse but I do want to mention I’m now 8 months pregnant (baby brain is a thing and I had a ceremony to plan). If he had sent me an email I believe I would have noticed the mistake he made like I did the first time round when he got the price wrong! How can you not be attentive when it comes to organising a couples big day and especially after I mentioned the date and time to him 3 times.
The time came when we needed to be picked up, it was a no show as the organiser had never changed the time. My now husband had to drive us to the ceremony in a rush.
The organiser apologised, said there was some miscommunication and then went on to blame me! I never once confirmed the timing he sent me was correct on WhatsApp and he never did send me an email confirmation/receipt. Instead said everything was fine to go ahead. He also went on to say we should have continued the booking with a discount when we was told the car could get to us half an hour after the ceremony would have started! I was so upset so my now husband took control of the situation and said just don’t worry about the car now I’ll drive.... It’s his fault and we’ll sort it after the wedding. We just about made it In time and the organiser actually thought we had time to negotiate a new price and continue with the booking after all the mistakes he made. Obviously not.
After a lot of going back and forth he agreed to pay half the deposit back that coming week (this was half way through the month). He then said all payments are made on the 28th of every month so we will have to wait. I questioned him about this and said you literally just said this coming week you will pay. He said he would have to pay out of his own pocket if it was urgent. I just said thank you and awaited payment. I’ve given up hope on receiving any money back. I’ve chased and not got a reply. I have all the screenshots of all the messages sent between us back and forth. Please don’t book with this company if you want to be assured your booking will go ahead as planned.
My advise would be to check weddingcarsforhire.com - I’ve heard they have an amazing service and competitive prices, I wish I booked with them! Hope you have an amazing wedding.

Ibz was booked for our walimah, where I phoned a few chauffeur companies they were very 2D about the price and service but Ibz was flexible friendly and polite and that’s why we chose him. He provided a very professional and elegant service. Extremely reliable. Would recommend him

I hired two Rolls Royces for my wedding.

I found the company and staff very professional, responsive, and understanding, in light of the fact that the dates were changed numerous amount of times due to covid.

The drivers were on time on the day of my wedding, and were pleasant to speak to on the journey. The vehicles looked amazing, and the cost of hire was very cheap considering the overall experience, from booking all the way through to the end of the hire.

I would unequivocally recommend you to use this company for all your hiring needs.
