I booked flights in January and, one week before I'm leaving in June, they claim the flights are all full. Rip off. Not legitimate. No matter how many times you phone them, they transfer you to anothe... See more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Total scam, via one of the listed suppliers of services. Scammed in total for nearly £3000.
Cheapflights.com - The Worst Experience Ever!
This was the worst experience in my 50 years of air travel I have ever had booking a flight. The service sucked from the first booking (I should have cancelled then) with having to spend nearly an hour in confirmation on the phone (after I had booked online). Then they never sent my e-tickets so I called the week before the flight. At that point they told me that my flights were cancelled. There was no notification of this and they had already charged my credit card.
STAY AWAY!
Scammers
Scammers. Booked flight Nov 2025 for Dec 2025 to Arizona. Week prior to trip I call because never got real Itenerary. Was told flight was canceled but they never notified me. Told me I get refund 15 to 20 days. We'll it's now February 2026 and I still haven't gotten it. Their rude and a bunch of foreign liars.
complete scam
complete scam, they stated my flight was fully refundable unfortunately when i tried to get refunded, they want me to open a klarma account(credit card of some sort) to transfer my credits to this. needless to say i did not and will not be opening this account. turns out i never even had tickets on the flight i paid for.
Scam.
Scam.! I spoke to Oliver multiple times purchased tickets for over 1000 dollars months before our flight got my whole family to the airport to find out there where no seats for us and we apparently didn’t pay for our tickets they said we would get a refund and we got a email saying we would and never did after many attempts we had to clam fraud with our bank and finally getting our money back don’t waste your time with this place unless you like to hand out free money
I wish it were possible to give this…
I wish it were possible to give this company zero stars as they are professional scammers!
I’m writing this review so others can avoid the experience we went through. Their practices are dishonest, and I’m honestly shocked they are still operating!
We are usually very careful when booking tickets, but unfortunately, we ended up choosing this company (completely our fault for not doing enough research) and it turned out to be a huge mistake. After booking, we received emails saying our tickets would be delivered within 48 hours and that we should contact them if they weren’t. This policy is never mentioned anywhere during the booking process.
When the tickets didn’t arrive, we called and were told we had booked a “promotional deal,” meaning we might have to wait until one week before travel to get our seats. Again, there was absolutely no mention of it during the booking process. They then tried to upsell us “confirmed tickets” for an additional $900. When we refused and asked for a refund of our original $1,800, they claimed they couldn’t process a refund unless they were unable to find confirmed seats, yet they continued pushing us to pay more.
After 7–8 calls over just a couple of days, I finally threatened to take action against them. Only then did they suddenly issue a refund, which shocked us given how many reviewers have reported losing their money entirely.
PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS!
Many reviews reflect the same pattern. They seem to be professionally trained to talk to people in these circumstances. They made me feel like I was the one at fault as if everything had been clearly explained and I simply hadn’t read their policies.
We have filed a complaint regarding their business practices, and I encourage you to share this review so others don’t have to deal with what we did.
SCAM/CREDIT CARD FRAUD
SCAM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND BUY UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS ETC. After I purchased my tickets, they called me saying my flight was full and I would then have to pay $200+ more for a different flight. I told them no that isn't the truth, as I went on the official AA site and they had 40+ seats available. Then they went on to tell me that it wasn't available. I then said never mind and I am cancelling my tickets. They said tickets are non-refundable I said ok I'll just dispute any charges.
Luckily, I paused my card immediately, as they tried to using my credit card information for 10 different places Target, Walmart, Clickup, Temu etc, trying to use it for $300+ to $600+ charges.
If I could give them a negative 100…
If I could give them a negative 100 rating I would. Purchased tickets for 356.00. I got a confirmation email stating that the flight was reserved, then I get a call from these people and they tell me that I cannot fly out on the day I needed to I would have to wait until the next day or pay 350 extra and upgrade. I could have gotten tickets through united for less. WHAT A SCAM! Thy would not refund me and said that I would receive a credit but it would not be for the amount I paid I would have to forfeit $100 and receive the rest in a credit. They suck so much!!!!
Bogus Website used for Bait & Switch
Received booking confirmation and have screen shots for a flight from London to New York. After not recieving tickets I called them up. They then informed me that there were no more seats on the flight that I had just booked and confirmed. Then they started to try and book me on another flight for nearly twice the cost, multiple hops, and lengthy layovers. I told them I would look at their website and call them back with the flight I wanted. I was then informed that their website does not have the up to date information and I would have tobook directly with them over the phone. In the end as I had paid them and needed to travel I was scammed out of an addtional £1,000+.
Be aware that their website has bogus cheap flights to bring you in for them to sell you flight at much higher amounts.
is it possible to put a negative star
is it possible to put a negative star? this website is a bait and switch. Promised one thing and delivered another with different dates and price. I've already contacted FTC.gov and entered a report#. I'm going to do my best by posting on all social media. I needed to fly into town to watch the Super Bowl, and they changed my date to the week after and doubled the price. I went on to Delta airline directly after and got the fare I purchased through their site 10 hours after I booked with these scammers. Flight was there at the cost I picked on their website; they chose to change the dates and double the price.
They scammed me with a flight tiket…
They scammed me with a flight tiket from Seattle to Ontario saying that the tiket I buy was a wait list tiket I didn’t see it wen I buy the tiket I end up buy a tiket at the airport
Truly a sincere scam
Truly a sincere scam. I bought a flight, then within hours received a call that I'm being switched to another flight days later because they're flights are "flexible" when you buy them yet I specifically checked off a box saying I "was not flexible". Moral of the story do not buy from this website or company PERIOD.
This company is a complete SCAM! Beware!!!!
This company is a complete SCAM! They told me numerous times to wait 24 more hours to get my tickets up until today and I'm supposed to fly out in the morning. Now their phone line says they are updating their airline schedule and fare information and won't be available for 24 hours. I called Southwest to make sure they had my information, and we are nowhere in their manifest, and I do not have a reservation with them! They stole my money and I just had to put in a last-minute purchase for my vacation and had to pay nearly triple. They are a total rip off!!!
Bait & Switch SCAM!!!
Bait & Switch SCAM!!!
Received booking confirmation and have screen shots for a USD$327.51 Total Price flight between Winnipeg and Minneapolis. Received email confirmation of booking. After 8 hours and no tickets received, called 888-439-8054. They then informed me it was for a stand-by ticket on a sold-out flight and wanted my verbal confirmation that was okay - when I said no - they said I could get a non-standby ticket for USD$895. We cancelled the transaction. I took screenshots and at no point in the on-line transaction to book was it mentioned these were stand-by tickets.
This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. They sell you something that DOESN’T EVEN EXIST, then call you minutes later to say your ticket “isn’t available anymore” — unless, of course, you’re willing to pay MORE. It’s a bait‑and‑switch scam, plain and simple. They hide behind fake availability, zero transparency, and shady tactics that prey on people trying to book a flight.
And the worst part? They dump all the blame on the poor customer service rep who has to deliver the bad news for a company with garbage business practices. I genuinely felt bad for the person on the phone — but the company itself? SCAM. RUN. Don’t even look back.
Never again. Lesson learned.
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!
Do not book anything with them, they sell you SOLD OUT FLIGHTS!
I booked the flight because it was cheaper on their website. They emailed to tell me I had to call to confirm, so I called. The rude lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that my second part of the flight was sold out so I had to pay more to make sure I have a ticket confirmed not a standby. So I immediately said no and to cancel everything because now this felt like a scam. She of course said that its non refundable and all that, we will see. I wish I read reviews here first. I feel like we need negative stars for these kinds of scammers.
Terrible terrible customer service
Terrible terrible customer service
So unprofessional
First it takes 3 days for them to confirm ur flight and charge ur credit card then you don’t hear from them and you have to keep calling them and so frustrating not to be able to talk to ur agent who made the reservation for you so I bought my hotel for about $500 and not refundable for the assure me the ticket is confirmed but when I called the airlines they told me I didn’t have any reservation
Anyway after a month called them and asked for confirm for my flight and guess what they told me they sold overbooked tickets and can’t find Mr the flight to travel
I am so mad because they are scam and unprofessional and lost the money I psid for the hotel
Imagine if I didn’t call still I would not have know that there is no reservation me
I have proof for what I said and don’t like them to do the same to anyone else
All they said was sorry which I hate that word for you know why because that csused me $500 lost for my hotel and can’t find a reasonable ticket to travel because it is close to my departure and very very expensive
Plz don’t do the same mistake and don’t buy tickets from them
tickets were cancelled 45days before fllight
They said our tickets were cancelled 45 days before our flight for overbooking and the refund would be 7 to 10 days. 2 months later no one answers the phone and we are out 601.00$
My Flight was cancelled with no notice
My Flight was cancelled with no notice. When i needed the information for my flight i was told that my flight was canceled since november 22nd. I called and was told I would get a call from billing department for a refund. I waited the time frame I was told but was never called. When I called again regarding my refund I was told to dispute it with my bank becuase they can't do anything about refunding my money. 0/10 very ghetto DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pay the extra few dollars and go directly through the airline you would like.
this company is a complete scam!
this company is a complete scam. We bought the tickets and gave us the details but we were waiting for our confirmation number that we never received. They told us to wait 24-48 hours but we received nothing. And we drove 14 hours to the airport and when we got there they called us saying our flight was cancelled and blamed it on the airline. This is a very bad experience, please do not buy anything from this website or company.
