Cheap Hotels Hub 

It’s been 7 days since they promised a refund on 1/11/24. I had similar issues like most of these reviews. I booked for a hotel in Manchester, TN for $685 for 4 nights. I called the hotel twice and they never received a reservation for me. So I emailed cheap hotels hub support and they said I would receive a refund. I still haven’t received it! I truly think this is a scam and alerted by bank. I’m surprised they are responding to reviews on here but maybe it’s all part of the scam? Will update this post if something changes

I was comparing rates for a one night hotel stay, and it wasn’t clear that I was actually booking the room when I proceeded. I immediately reached out to support to ask them to cancel my request (as it also says in print that it takes 48 hours to manually process) and they are refusing to cancel and refund me. I have reached out to the hotel and they have cancelled my reservation and said they didn’t receive any payment and that Cheap Hotels Hub has my money. The hotel reception even offered to get on the phone with support. I’ve asked to speak with someone over the phone and they refused. I am so upset this was an honest mistake and it has been cancelled by the hotel so I can’t understand why I can’t be refunded

I booked the hotel, they charged my card and now there is no reservation, get an email to say they will tell me the info in 48 hours. this is not usual business practice

UPDATE : In my case after emailing support I got a confirmation #, I called the hotel and it seems I do have a genuine booking. I will change my review rating to 3 for now as sending the order # was a sure Fraud trigger and I only got my confirmation when I asked for it. Far better to give the confirmation when taking the payment.

Much like the rest of the reviewers here, last Wednesday (1/10) I booked a reservation for a simple ONE night stay at a hotel in Hollywood, FL. Was hoping to enjoy a Friday night concert down there and not have to drive an hour back home at the end of the night. Made my booking on the website, never received an email with my confirmation info. Contacted the hotel, no record of my name or reservation. 2 days later my card was billed for the $207 reservation. After countless attempts to contact the company via phone (all numbers not working), via email, and via WhatsApp, I still have not received a response. Unfortunately going to have to report this company and website as a scam and report the charge to my bank as fraudulent.

If the reservation/booking can't be fulfilled, I would certainly hope that the company intends to refund the $207 that they have technically now stolen from me.

I booked accomodation online and my account was billed.
I never received any reply. I was also billed for international transfer fee. I contacted my bank and reported the fraud. Hopefully I get a refund.
I will always try to book directly with the accomodation management in future.

FRAUD!. I booked a hotel through this website and my credit card was charged but I received no confirmation email and no response from the website when I submitted an enquiry (they have no phone number). I called the hotel and sure enough there was no reservation in my name. I had to call the credit card company and dispute the charge as fraudulent

Same experience as many folks here. Booked a hotel earlier this week--no confirmation email--no response to email inquiries. They seem to respond here, so hoping they can confirm or issue a refund.

I also contacted hotel directly and there is no record of my reservation.

I booked a hotel on Jan 10 and the hotel has no knowledge of my reservation. Might be a scam site.

Would not recommend this service/website at all as it's a potential scam. On the 10th January, I paid for accommodation to Niseko Japan upon which my credit card was immediately debited. I was not able to access a booking number in my confirmation email (it was a bunch of scrambled numbers/letters) nor could I see the booking information under 'My Profile' on the website. Suspicious, I called the Hotel and they could not find a reservation in my name. I then emailed support@cheaphotelshub upon which they said they were 'aware of this matter' but provided no recourse for remediation. I then demanded a refund as it was still within 24 hours from my booking date. I have not received a response to this email, although it's apparent that they have the time to respond to these critical reviews instead of working on fixing the issue.

To the owners/admin of cheaphotelhub.com, give me my money back! Everyone else, BEWARE of this site (even if it's recommended by Google).

Still waiting for refund. Company blaming thier Stripe payment system is at fault and cannot get monies thru'. Last email they are asking for details to give wire transfer!

I made a reservation on line for hotel in North Conway, NH
I never received a reservation confirmation and sent emails without response and called hotel and they had no reservation
They also charged me twice
After 30 hours and a few emails they responded asking me for confirmation number
Of course I didn’t have a confirmation number as I never received a confirmation
When I advised that I want a legitimate confirmation and refund of the second charge, they never responded back
I was very uneasy about the company and now I can confirm they are not a legitimate company
I do not recommend this company and will dispute the charges as fraud if I do not hear back from them and receive refund

As of 15jan there is no sign of refund on my credit card nor have I received anything back from cheap hotels with anything representing legitimacy

It has been 6 days since I received a response from cheap hotels.com and 8 days since they advised the charges have been refunded
To date there has not been a refund applied

After reviewing all reviews on line, you are offering the same lame excuse about an overload on your system, however, you have never addressed honesty nor satisfaction to the customer

As a company, I would suggest that you respond with honesty in resolving issues

As far as the notes you mention in the response, I am not sure why this was brought up since I have never received notice of confirmation nor refund
Just a blurb by email it was refunded, which was evidently not true

In the future, you should not blame the customer for your errors and dishonesty

Tried reaching out after the actual hotel had no record of our confirmation. Not only that, the real hotel does not even have those days available.

No e-mails were replied to by them and the number given is a non-working number from Kentucky, even though the business says it is in NYC. I am demanding a full refund.

It's a scam, took the money, but there is no reservation according to the hotel.

I have tried several times to get in contact with them in regards to a booking i made which i don't think is real, no response from them via email, WhatsApp etc. I would like them to come back to be with a refund as the hotel states they have no idea of the booking!

update 15-1-24 - i had a reply from them saying they would refund me within 1-10 days - i have still not received any refund or reply to SEVERAL of my emails i have sent them!

I am now escalating it and seeking legal support to get my refund and stop it happening to others!

19-2-24 update - We are now 25 days after the promised 'up to 10 days for the refund to come through' and i have emailed them another 3 times since that email with no replies!
I will continue to pursue my refund and wont be dropping it, i will be taking legal action if i don't get a reply or my refund!

24th April 2024 update - Still no refund and they state they are STILL trying to resolve the issue they have with Stripe payments. You would think a business would have their own reserves which could be used whilst they seek a resolution at their end - apparently not. Obvious they are just trying to eek out the scam even more - some people would give up but i wont and i will be continuing to report them to the authorities.

Nasty company. It was obvious it couldn't satisfy any of the bookings it sold on the 10/01/24. Still went ahead and took the money. Maybe hoping some people won't chase their refunds.

You should automatically refund everyone whose booking was not satisfied without them going to their bank or chasing you for their refunds.

Good morning. I made a reservation 2 days ago. The money was already taken yesterday. I contacted the hotel who is not familiar with this company and received no reservations. It's a scam. No response by email, whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram. I will find out how to get my money back.
