I had ordered a cot which had some manufacture issues, got in contact with Chelsea Baby and they promptly sorted the issue and kept me informed with updates. Will be my go to for baby items in the future as they are competitively priced and reassured with the after sales.

Bought a baby carrier
Bought a baby carrier, the following day I received an email saying that the product was out of stock with an expected date of delayed delivery and I was asked whether I was happy to wait or I wanted a refund. I decided to wait. I was notified the day before the delivery and the items arrived as expected, well wrapped and in good condition.

Wow! The communication from this company was amazing. I was told if I ordered before 3:30pm on a Thursday it would be delivered the next day. It was here by 9:30am the next day delivered by the trusted DPD. Thank you for making my purchase an easy experience.

Brilliant customer service
Just want to thank Kai from Chelsea baby for amazing service. We received our hauck 4d rapid stroller and the canopy was damaged. I contacted the team and a replacement canopy was sent out within 24 hours! Would definitely use again and recommend.

Glad I ordered!
I was skeptical about ordering from this company as hadn’t heard of them before and couldn’t find too many reviews online.
However they had the best price for the OBaby chair I wanted and so glad I ordered from here! No problems at all and the chair arrived the next day!
