Still have not received item

Still have not received item - courier company an absolute joke - no correspondence - download app then don’t send verification email so cannot move forward any more. Did not tell us when he attempting delivery been trying to reschedule bit no way of contacting them

After receiving the wrong design in…

After receiving the wrong design in carseat cover. The customer service I recieved was amazing.
Customer service Warren explained that it was the newest design out and that he would still send me a 2nd set of covers for the carseat in the design I had originally thought I was receiving.
Definitely recommend using this company.

The whole experience started badly ,as…

The whole experience started badly ,as I had heard nothing regarding the progress of the order by Thursday 3/8 . Finally got an answer to my enquiry on Friday 4/8 ,the last day of the 2-5 day delivery “promise” , so now it was clear that it was not going to arrive on time . Baby shower was 5/8!!
I was told there was extra 1-3 days to add onto the delivery time.
The 10% off introductory offer failed to work on my order and was explained away by saying it did not work on ssle or clearance items ( Which I don’t believe apply to my purchase ?). The item purchased is selling at £249 and £269 on other sites, which is less than what I paid and they’re also with a “promised” 3-5 delivery time .
However this could also be a “hollow” promise like the company I used I suppose ?!

All of this was conveyed to customer services ,but I feel the excuses given to me we’re poor and misleading- (I was told the items had been dispatched from Chelsea baby 3/8 ,but according to tracking info they weren’t collected by logistics company till 7/8 ). It was finally delivered 8/8 .
I feel with the service we received ,a good will gesture would not have been out of place , but sadly this did not happen .
Poor customer service , would not use this company again .
