ordered a Cot and Underdrawer waited…

ordered a Cot and Underdrawer waited the for arrival, when my order was delivered I only received 1 part of a 3 part order so I rang the company up was put through the customer service who then confirmed I had only received the Underdrawer and that they are unsure why I didn't receive the whole order but that I should expect the following 2 boxes within 2/3 days, a few day had gone by and I have the other two boxes delivered which is great thinking the problem was sorted my partner goes to build the cot and I realise they had sent out a completely different cot to the one that I ordered of course I phone in again to try resolve the issue to which the company confirmed they had indeed send out the wrong cot but now the one that I originally wanted was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back in stock so there wasn't really any way to resolve the issue because I needed a cot asap so getting a refund which I'd have to wait for and then reordering from else where would mean a longer wait frustrated and annoyed I kept the wrong cot that was sent out which I might add was cheaper than the original one I ordered (they refused the refund the difference) and that was that, on the up side one of the managers there was really trying his best to help but can't say much for the actual customer service people as that was no help at all, definitely won't be ordering anything again from this company 👎

No communication

Bought a bike and received confirmation order and to expect updates on delivery. 5 days later nothing so phoned and told they would look into it. Received text massage next morning saying bike being delivered in next hour, as I was at work delivery missed and now have to collect. More information regarding delivery time and dates needed.

I ordered my cot bed on the 10th May…

I ordered my cot bed on the 10th May 2023. It arrived on the 13.5.23. Very quick delivery.

The product was perfect loved the color of my cot bed and the quality is really good and at such a good price as I got it in the sale price.

I was a bit hesitant as I had ordered from 2 places before and they took my money and never gave me the product.

I rang the company after reading the reviews they reassured me that they will let me know when they received my over when it was dispatched. It came a lot earlier than what I was told so even better! I would highly recommend this company my son loves his cot bed thank you yet again.

Cosy N Safe car seats

I dealt with Cosy N Safe and purchased through Chelsea Baby.
Fantastic service from start to finish. I called a few times for advice before buying two new seats after an accident. The team were fantastic in advising which seats to go for, helping when my payment didn't go through (thanks, it's solved issues with other websites too!) and they went out of their way to get it shipped that afternoon when I ordered at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Seats were delivered on the Saturday morning. Both the kids and I have been really pleased with them. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
