Support was quick and it worked
Service was quick and it worked. I was surprised I had to test the sites by configuring my localhost file in windows and then had to set the name servers for my domains. I don't know if I missed emails when the service switched or not.
One WP site does not show up under the Wordpress Management section and I have been too busy to find out why.
I must admit that I am disappointed that when I tried to move a development Django site I was told that I needed to purchase a $12/mo hosting service. The shared plans specifically state that python is supported in the shared service. The unlimited email is just a lie. There is a restriction based on inodes...that is not unlimited.
Since I am rating the service, 4 stars. Overall product - 1 star due to hidden costs and misleading information on the website.

Your comments about the hosts file steps, name server updates, and the missing site in WordPress Management are all valid, and we’d be happy to review those with you to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Regarding Python and Django: our shared plans do support Python for basic scripts, but full Django applications require a different environment, which is why our team recommended a dedicated plan. We understand how frustrating that difference can feel, and we’ll review our documentation to make sure it’s clearer.
On the email/inode point — you’re absolutely right that inode limits apply, even though email accounts themselves are unlimited. We’ll also take this feedback back to our team so we can improve how this is explained on the website.

Best cheap hosting i ever used
1. Quality service, their servers have quick response rate.
2. Has cpanel which includes additional addons and they do not limit using them, very fair limits.
3. Fast support response
Best hosting I have ever seen in MANY years, this has better value than most of the vps servers out there.
