I switched from SiteGround to save $ BUT... I was delightfully blown away by the tech support. It's as good or even better than SiteGround. Prior to my SG contract expiring I had briefly tried Hostinger - and my experience with customer support was horrible - not the people, the ai interface that is designed to preoccupy you while the overworked, under-staffed humans try to catch up. NOTHING LIKE THIS SO FAR WITH CHEMICLOUD - in fact, they've gone above the call of duty helping me fix contact form issues due to site migration. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHEMICLOUD.

Customer service and tech support is very fast. Also they solved a problem I was having that really was not their problem but I am a newly migrated customer and I thought it had to do with their server setting. It was my responsibility, but she got to the bottom of it. Thank god!

I recently migrated my business website from Combell to ChemiCloud, and the difference is night and day. The migration was handled perfectly and incredibly fast. A special shoutout to the support team (specifically Renato), who went above and beyond.
Not only did they ensure a smooth transition, but they also proactively investigated a pre-existing '400 Bad Request' error on admin-ajax.php. Even though it wasn't their responsibility and turned out to be a software issue from my previous host, they took the time to diagnose it for me.
My mobile PageSpeed score jumped from a struggling average to a staggering 97-98 points! If you are looking for a host that actually cares about your success and provides world-class technical support, ChemiCloud is the only choice. 10/10!

If I ever have an issue or want to improve something on my website the ChemiCloud team are always available 24/7 to help and support. I'm not a coder, not confident in changing certain settings for my website so this really helps me.
