Speed wise they are ok, yet their support is horrible. talking about managed website hosting. i tried them out for a month, and i can confidently say they are the lowest tier of support you can ever get to for your business. there is not a single incident where i spoke with them and the chat didnt know what to do, then routed me to support senior with a ticket, and even with that, it takes them ages to solve an issue. they might be good for blogs, and small sites, but if you are in woocommerce and need serious tech assistance, they fail all the way.
- An incident was about creating a staging site, and hell broke loose. i couldnt create a staging site and it took almost two weeks to identify the issue.
- Plus they have this alpha panel "their own cpanel version" thing which is horrible. and the domain part is the cherry on top.
- You cant properly control your domain with them, they dont provide a domain at start so you have to have a domain ready to install your site. so if you are migrating you need to work around it, by having anohter domain. if you are transferring your site to them? then a downtime for a big site like mine of no minimum than 12 hours.
- support is not consistant even in their answers, which i found out today. I wanted to change the domain of my site, earlier one of their team said you cant and you have to clone. when i came to do this, there is no cloning, I ask another support guy he says no you cant do this and we have to do it from our end!
- Its normal to wake up in the morning and your site failed silently, its not online, for no reason you have done, its something that happened on their end, that failed the site, then you contact them, and they wouldnt admit it, and they get the site back on.
- If you are serious about your business or site, think 10 times before moving to them.
- my old host Cloudways used to solve every single issue like a breeze. I dont recall anytime I contacted them where they didnt solve the issue, Until i figured am paying too much for the service and I can get cheaper, so I moved to chemicloud which was a mistake. Now i am testing another provider Rocket.net which i had a very good experience with them a couple of years back, if they succeed I will stick with them. I am also considering Scalahosting after rocket.net test. will see. but am definitly leaving Chemi.

I was honestly worried about whether the migration from Cloudways to ChemiCloud would go smoothly and how fast it would be.
However, thanks to the engineers’ quick and professional responses, everything was handled perfectly.
The support team provided fast feedback throughout the process, and the overall performance and responsiveness have been excellent.
I’m very satisfied with the service so far.

I was concerned that the hosting operating costs being 10 times cheaper than Cloudways (USD 35/month vs. USD 3.5/month, based on a 3-year contract) might mean inferior performance or service.
However, I am extremely satisfied with both the performance and service.
First, in terms of performance, they provide twice the CPU and RAM compared to my previous hosting provider.
Second, regarding service, they successfully completed the migration of 6 WordPress sites in under 30 minutes. When I requested chat support for a plugin error, they kindly resolved it within 10 minutes. I want to give them top marks. I'm really glad I switched to ChemCloud and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you.
