Very impressed with the Chillbeam lanterns, a great addition to my solar lantern collection. I like the tubular form factor and the addition of the magnet for attaching to ferrous surfaces is a nice feature. I highly recommend these as an addition to your camping gear, emergency supplies, and automobile kit.

Awesome! I bought these as a gift for my son for Christmas and he loves them! Perfect for camping, working in his shop, and for general use. Finally a gift this mom got right :) Have not needed customer service at all, but they check in every so often which is pretty neat. Not often you find a small company that stands behind its products so well. I’m planning to order another set for myself!

I bought this as an answer to being able to have a portable light that I could attach to difficult places and it definitely works. Tje light quality is good, the charge lasts a while and it is very lightweight - very happy with the product.

Love these lights. So versatile and robust. Magnets could be stronger but that’s my sole criticism. A reliable must have in our camper van

I bought three Chillbeams as Christmas presents for the partners of young women in my life. They are notoriously difficult people to buy presents for but are all into outdoor activities. They were all genuinely pleased with the gifts and impressed with their functionality.

The product and company are just amazing. I had a few questions before I ordered, which they answered. The product arrived on time and as promised. In terms of the product I use it when out in my camper as an awning light. That said we had a power cut the other day and the Chillbeam was just brilliant.

I have no idea why there are any negative reviews on this product and company 🤷🏼‍♂️ their customer service is first class and the product itself is both a fantastic idea and manufactured really well! I bought a second one because my kids kept stealing mine!!

Fantastic piece of kit! We use it inside and outside our campervan. Easy to inflate and deflate, and the solar charging a nice addition. 100% recommend

I’ve been a photographer for many years and have always shot with available light. When I saw the Chillbeams I liked the idea as I’d spent years lugging around huge battery packs for lights to different shoots. Now I don’t want to be just another person to say ‘game changer’ but here I am and I’m saying it. These lights are phenomenal, light weight and deliver superb light and three of them fit in a small shoulder bag. Add the magnetic mounts, 1/4 20 fixings, the fact they’re splash proof etc etc… Honestly if you’re curious just do it! You will not be disappointed…

Bad customer service would not replace or return faulty product that claimed they have never had the issue before.
