Never received it

Never received it. Didn't know it was supposedly delivered, until I was sent a survey asking about my satisfaction with the product - checked my doorbell camera and everything... says it was delivered when I was home. There is supposed "proof of delivery" on their end but I have no video proof on my end of this happening at the date and time it says... Attempted to email and resolve this, they disappeared.

Pointless "Skip the Queue" charges. Delivery 5 days later than confirmed date. Items missing. No responses to complaint. Avoid!
